Very nice big room..nice new hotels with good facilities...But the service and the staffs guest relation skills to be standardize. Not try the breakfast, but indeed the buffet dinner far below the IHG even the National 4 start standards.

Good to be here, nearest the central of the town. Best location with affordable price. Clean room & yummy breakfast.

Very happy to stay here, the hotel is still very new so the cleanliness is still maintained starting from the lobby, hallway, room and bathroom, everything is clean, the sheets and towels are also clean. The swimming pool is big, there is a pool for children and adults. The hotel is also directly connected to the Lampung City Mall so it's easy to find food. And the most happy thing is the breakfast tastes delicious and there are lots of menu variants. Continued success, Santika Premiere Lampung and trip.com. Hopefully I can come here again another time 🥰

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

Awesome the hotel n batter for holiday with family, I'm recommended for this..

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

Fantastic hotel , lovely modern rooms, great bed , great bathroom and nice hot power shower . Super friendly and efficient staff. All in all a very enjoyable stay , I will return The only negative was the massage at the spa . That was the worst of my life , terrible masseuse, she went out for a food break , then a toilet break , was constantly on her phone . Stay here but don’t get a massage !!

Happy with the location as it close to a supermarket, a cafe and not too far from our place of work. Did not like the quality of the water from the taps but was super happy that fresh water was provided at the lift landing for guests. The high tech control panel and the bathroom mirror was a level above other hotels.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

Good hotel, huge parking lot. Clean bedroom. Close to mini market.
