Hotels With Wifi in Pest, Hungary

"By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will not be coming back when I return to Budapest. First thing was the booking details, which clearly stated ”1 full bed”. However when I got to the hotel room, there were two TINY beds instead. If I laid perfectly straight on these beds, my arms nearly fall off the sides. I go to reception and the blonde woman who was there at 11:10pm on Wednesday May 20th told me ”we don't have any large beds in Hungary, we just push two small beds together.” This is a lie, I had just spent 8 days in Budapest at the Park Plaza (also a 4 star hotel) and I slept in a single very large bed every night. When I mentioned this, she just shrugged. No apologies. Why does this matter? Two mattresses pushed together creates a gap that results in aggravating back pain, especially for anyone with spine misalignment like I have. I booked this hotel to go to the airport energized and refreshed, instead I get to go on my international flight exhausted with extreme back pain. Second issue was the water, the absolute hottest that it got was lukewarm. I asked reception about this issue too, same woman said she'd look into it. It was never fixed, no apologies for the inconvenience again. The room was hotter than the ”hot” water. The only positives about this hotel were the decent breakfast and free airport shuttle, but I'd rather have spent $8 on an Uber and had a full bed as promised. I'll be staying at the Ibis Styles or TRIBE next time. They probably don't lie about their rooms."

"Sports stay to attend a sports event in Budapest. Excellent service"

"Beautiful hotel, stunning design and very professional staff. Very convenient location to reach the airport for an early or late flight. We had a problem with one of the room tv and promptly the technician came to fix it. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The overall experience of the hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the rest is very good after check-in. The front desk staff was warm and the check-in and check-out were very efficient. The location of the hotel is also convenient, and the surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient. The overall environment is quiet, the health is satisfactory, and the price is very high. If you come here for business or travel next time, you will give priority to staying at this hotel and recommend it to friends with accommodation needs."

"I have always used Ctrip to book hotels for business trips. The service attitude is very good. If there are any problems, they will be solved patiently. The customer service responds quickly. The platform is well-received and the hotel is also well-received!!!"

"Very elegant hotel which also contains a seniors retirement home. Food was good, room was enormous with a kitchen in it too. Three disappointing issues: 1. The room airconditioner (room 211) was inadequate, so the night was hot because of that. 2. The bed was too soft and also a bit squeaky. 3. The shower head was too harsh and also leaking. No adjustment was available. Nice hotel but has some issues."

"The only member of staff I met was the housekeeper. Room was clean (stayed 2 nights, not cleaned daily). Breakfast was okay. Duvet was small , more suitable for a mid-size adult. I asked whether I could checkout later than 10:00 but email was ignored. I asked again, and the answer was negative because ”they wanted to clean the room”. A cold-shoulder, professionally presented reply, like the soul of the place."

"Emplacement dans un quartier plein de verdure Chambre confortable Restaurant buffet avec assez d 'option"

"Hotel is spotless, and 5 minutes covered walkway from the arrival terminal. Internal styling reminds me of Raddison Red. Quirky but imaginative room decoration (how to make a paper airplane!!)"
