When we arrived at the hotel, they said that there was no child in the reservation we made as 3 adults and 1 child. We showed the reservation form in our hand, but they still said that they did not notify us of the vehicle, but thank you, they helped us and the child slept between us.

We've stayed here 3 times in the last 8 years and the experience has always been good but the hotel is starting to show its age. As always, the main good things is the location and the breakfast buffet. This time our complain is that each time we took a shower the whole toilet floor flooded with water. It was an inconvenience but not so big to bother the reception, which I'm sure would help to resolve it. Overall a good stay and we would choose it again on our next visit to Kavala. Location and rooms are great, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good and has plenty of variety.

Otele varır varmaz kahve ikram ettiler, çıktığımız gün otobüsümüz geç saatte olduğundan valizlerimizi otelde bırakabilmemiz için yardımcı oldular, otobüs saati gelene kadar defalarca otele gidip geldik, kahve içtik, tuvaletleri kullandık, hepsini kendileri teklif etti. Odalar ferah, temiz, yataklar kaliteli, kuş tüyü yastıklar opsiyonel değil her yatakta bir adet kuştüyü bir adet elyaf yastık var. Kahvaltısı fena değil, otel merkezde, her yere yakın, sakin ve sessiz. Daha ne olsun, bizden 10 üzerinden 10 aldı, herkese öneririm, Dedeağaç'a gidecekseniz burada konaklamalısınız. We stayed for two days.glowed staff.the cleaning of the rooms was very good. Breakfast ***the meat was good.

It`s very good hotel. The location is close to bus station. The room is very clean. And every day cleaning is doing. The breakfast is great. It`s continental. You can walk to the seafront where a lot of caffes and restaurants. The reception is very friendly. Wi-Fi connection was no very good connection in my room, I need it for work, and receptionist asked if I want to change the room. I exactly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing. All staff are very nice and helpful; they even helped us for an early check-in. It is just a bit far away form the city center but apart from that everything was perfect.

Our hotel was close to the beach. Restaurants and cafes were spread along the beach. In the evenings, the beach was closed to traffic in both directions. Breakfast was very diverse and rich. Our room was clean and adequate. Air conditioning was automatic. When I set the temperature, it stopped and worked according to the room temperature. The staff were friendly and attentive. His silence was very good. We recommend it to those who want to stay.
