The location is close to the ski lift, the room is good, new, beautiful view from the window, the cleaning is not 100 percent, they took the dishes, forgot to put in a new one, even after calling the reception they didn’t bring it, I had to ask the cleaners in the corridor. Didn't get new capsules for the espresso machine. The breakfast is good, the hotel has a sauna (only Finnish) and a swimming pool with mountain views (included in the price), the jacuzzi did not work. Billiards, bowling, bar for an additional fee, conveniently located in the hotel. We booked a hotel for the sake of a kids club, upon arrival it turned out that there was no babysitting, there was just a playroom in which there were practically no toys ... The reception staff was pleasant, ready to help.

It costs 15 gel to call a taxi at the front desk. If you call it at the foot of the mountain, it's 10 gel. Anyway, it's better than bolt. The location is remote. If you don't drive, you can walk or call a taxi. If you walk, you should pay attention. The town is not big. There is only one main road. The other road is closer to the mountain, but the road is too bad and dirty, and it feels very dangerous. In short, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk down. Overall, the experience is not bad. The room facilities are average, but the breakfast experience is very good. It is worth staying.

We love our stay at Gudauri ski resort. The view in the morning is amazing. We only had problem while checking in because the location in google map is apparently slightly off. But other than that all are good. The owner also very kind to let us store our luggage after check out, bcs our tour picked us really late due to some road closure in Kazbegi. The security also very nice, he also give some recommendation for food and ski rental. He suggested us to eat at Good aura restaurant behind the hotel and it was nice indeed. Thanks

The location of the cabin is at the ROOM hotel. It is clean and tidy. The facilities are very new. You can cook. Call the hotel before you stay. He will tell you to get the key password. The room is facing the Trinity Church and the Snow Mountain. I am lucky to see Rizhao Jinshan in the morning. Overall feeling very good

It wasn’t a bad hotel but with this price of staying I could find a nicer hotel. Facilities were quite old. Our bed was not in a good condition. The floor made of wood which make a lot of noise while walking. I can foot steps of hotel guests every time. However The view from the room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

The room is small, comfortable, skiing is convenient, you can slide in and out of the hotel, the snow field is good, suitable for beginners, the breakfast is rich, and the red wine is very good. The hotel's open-air hot pool is a highlight. If a family brings children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small, and children can play enough.

這是我入住過的最棒的小屋. 小院裏面有兩個小屋， 車停在院子外面，可以點篝火. 雖然我們只有三個人，但是這個屋子可以住下六七個人. 房間周圍就是雪山，風景和星空都很美. 我們不知道怎麼 check in, 於是聯繫攜程幫我們找到房主. 接待我們的是個帥氣的中年大哥，他不講英語，但我們還是順利入住了. 我們離開的時候不知道怎麼 check-out, 衹好留下鑰匙就離開了. 這是一次非常棒的人生體驗. 很高興和我兒子還有我弟弟一起在這裏度過了寶貴時光.

There is no skiing in this season. If you want to ski, it is better to come in winter, but the scenery in the mountains is really relaxing. The hotel service staff is very good, but the food is not used to it, it is best to bring some food, or Go to the supermarket not far from the hotel.
