"Excellent hotel with a large, warm pool that extends right into the sea. The breakfast was delicious, with a view of a huge aquarium featuring stingrays, sharks, and various other fish. The rooms are spacious with excellent soundproofing and a balcony, all offering sea views, even if some are partial. The spa is good, and the slides in the indoor water park had no queues (though a couple of tube slides would have been nice). Both the pool and water park use heated seawater. The beach has a sandy entrance to the sea; while there are some rocks on one side, the other side is clear. The sea itself was clean and warm in early August. The only downside is that the depth at the buoys only reaches an adult's chest, and it's unclear why they're so close to the shore. You can only really swim freely early in the morning before people start blowing whistles if you go past the buoys. There were plenty of sun loungers, always enough for everyone, even though the hotel was full. There's also sports equipment for rent, but we didn't get a chance to try it. Nearby are two large, free parks: Dendropark and Musicians' Park. In the room, we found a welcome kit with nuts, dates, and raisins. Overall, we loved everything, especially the aquarium – we'd definitely like to return!"

"Замечательный современный отель, сделано всё со вкусом, в едином стиле. У нас было 2 четырёхместных номера с двухъярусными кроватями, детям 13-14 лет было комфортно спать на них, места достаточно. В номерах - чайник, кофе, чай, сахар, холодильник. Мебель вся новая, качественная. Порадовала чистота в гостинице, несмотря на полную загрузку. Чистые ароматные полотенца и постельное белье. По утрам хорошие завтраки - небольшой шведский стол, состоящий из сосисок, макарон, каши, яичницы, варёных яиц, свежих овощей ,салатов, колбасы, хлеба, печенье, джем, масло. Большой парковки при отеле нет, но нам нашли местечко для двух машин во дворе. Мы попали в период высокого сезона, людей на пляже очень много, но если проехать 5км по дороге в сторону магнетити, свернуть на арене в лес, попадете на хороший менее загруженный пляж. Отель на трип.ком даёт очень хорошую цену, за эту цену в Грузии попадались только номера со сталинскими кроватями) В заключении, хочется поблагодарить персонал H2O за приветливость и отзывчивость."

Here is everything you need for a comfortable holiday: comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, closeness to the sea and, most importantly, sincere hospitality. The room was clean, light and comfortable. Especially pleased with a comfortable bed with a good mattress and a nice bed linen slept perfectly! The room also had a sofa, a TV and everything you need for everyday comfort, including soap and other toiletries. We had a balcony room and it was a pleasant addition to the rest. I want to praise the food! Breakfasts are delicious, home and diverse great start of the day. The hotel has its own cafe where we also had lunch and dinner. Everything was very delicious! The food was home-made with care, so we just didn't want to look for other places for lunch or dinner. To the sea is close, which is very convenient: you can walk quietly to the beach and return to the room without long walks. The Internet also rejoiced well worked both in the room and on the territory of the hotel. There is a small swimming pool, didn't use it. But the special atmosphere of this place is created by the hostess Natela and her sister! Very spiritual, attentive and responsive woman! Meet us as relatives, helped in many issues and surrounded with real concern. Thanks to this attitude you feel not just a guest of the hotel, but a welcome guest in a cozy house. "В номере для не курящих вся мебель ужасно пахнет табаком. Нет прикроватных светильников. Только на потолке лампы без плафона . Там один плюс это море и песок. Баня за твои же деньги как проходной двор. Но об этом вас никто не предупредит."
