Guest UserThe hotel is very nice. The location is a bit secluded, but still easily accessible. Being on a side street, it's definitely super quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a wide selection of everything. They also cater to allergies. The coffee, unfortunately, was from a machine and not very good. Our room (Deluxe) was large and good, but unfortunately located in the corner of the building. The view from the bed was directly into the neighboring room. Also, free water in the room would have been a nice touch.
The gym was unfortunately very disappointing. For a hotel of this category and size, one would expect better quality and a wider selection of equipment. The pool area is very beautiful with its landscaping, a small paradise. In our opinion, they should clean up more often; empty glasses are standing and lying around everywhere.
Despite everything, it's a very nice hotel. WE WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN.

Guest UserI had a comfortable stay at the Ibis hotel before my flight home. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities needed.
The location is peaceful and ideal for getting to the airport for an early flight via the shuttle bus. The staff were friendly, but the only small drawback was that the dinner menu at the hotel was very limited to a few options.

The hotel is strategically located, just 100 meters from the bus and metro stops. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly, and the cleaning service is impeccable. In short, highly recommended. You can't go wrong!

Perfect modern room with excellent shower, tv and fridge. Air condition is great and the breakfast was perfect (and cheap). I look forward to my next stay. Location is very central. A short walk to shopping and beach.

The capsule inn is basically a dormitory but your bed is locked. As someone approaching 40, it ain’t quite what I wanted but it’d be brilliant for more flexible travellers. The service was always decent but down the end of a Ring doorbell, rather than in person. I was worried it may be grimy but actually I couldn’t fault it in that regard. Bit claustrophobic at times in the capsule and they are hot and a bit noisy.

Ziyouzhiniao01This hotel in Valencia is relatively close to the old town. The rooms are large and equipped with kitchens, making it suitable for family travel. There is no parking lot in the hotel, so you need to park in a nearby public parking lot. The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, so you cannot check in too late.

Moo995Not a traditional hotel, but a very cool concept for longer stays combined with work.
The pool, lounges, and gym are top-notch.

My stay at Meliá Alicante was unfortunately very disappointing, despite the hotel’s excellent location. The setting is truly beautiful, right by the sea, and that is probably the only highlight of my experience.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service fell far below expectations. I reached the hotel around 12:00 PM and was told I would be given a room with a living room and lounge area, but strangely, I was informed that I would not have the right to use that space. As a frequent traveler, I found this very unusual and confusing.
I was then told that check-in would be at 4:00 PM and that I would receive a call once my room was ready. However, no one contacted me. Around 4:00 PM, I went to the reception myself and was given a different room instead.
The situation became even more concerning when I reached the room and found the door already open. This was shocking and immediately made me feel unsafe. To make matters worse, the bathrobe provided was dirty. When I reported the issue to reception, it seemed they were already aware that the door was faulty, which is completely unacceptable from a safety perspective.
I would like to highlight that Trip.com handled the situation professionally when I contacted them, and they intervened promptly. Their support was far more reassuring than anything provided by the hotel staff.
What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of apology or accountability from the hotel. Even during check-out, there was no acknowledgment of the issues I had faced.
Overall, I deeply regret choosing this hotel. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an uncomfortable and unsafe experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on the level of service and attention to guest safety.

I rarely write reviews of holiday accommodations, but this time I simply couldn't resist sharing my experience.
My wife and I traveled to Peñíscola to experience a total solar eclipse, perhaps the only one we will ever witness in our lifetime. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to what we thought would be an ideal observation point: the walls of the Templar castle in Peñíscola. However, the local authorities closed the site to visitors in anticipation of the influx of eclipse enthusiasts, and suddenly I found myself facing a serious problem: the eclipse would take place behind the mountains, below the horizon.
And this is where the Owner of the wonderfully charming Hostal Dios Está Bien stepped in. I asked her for help, hoping for some useful local advice. What did I receive instead? An invitation to join her family in watching this extraordinary celestial event while sharing their family dinner! What began as a perfectly normal, albeit exceptionally warm, interaction with the hotel's staff evolved into something truly special. There was a bottle of surprisingly good wine waiting for us upon arrival, friendly conversations every time we met, and, in the end, family stories and photographs shared around the table. Never before have we experienced such openness and kindness, and I truly feel that we have gained new friends.
Thank you. We sincerely hope that one day we will have the opportunity to return your extraordinary hospitality.
And all of this took place in a small, charming, beautifully maintained hotel, housed in a historic building in the heart of Peñíscola, where delicious homemade breakfasts are served every morning.
I wish everyone could have an experience like this.

Tayfur69We had reserved a room without a balcony. Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony for 25 euros a day. We initially declined, but changed our minds after seeing the room we were given in the annex building. I must say, the only difference was definitely not just the balcony 😊.
The rooftop pool, while a great concept, is very shallow. Moreover, when you ask for a towel there, you're told you have to go down 7 floors to reception to get one. If you want something to drink, you have to pay for it on the spot. If you ask to charge it to your room, you're told you have to go down 7 floors to reception again to process it for room connection.
I couldn't understand why the hotel's name includes the word 'Beach,' as you have to walk for 18 minutes in 35-40 degree heat to reach the nearest beach.
There were no slippers in the rooms.
👍 The parking facilities are excellent.
👍 The rooms in the main building are new and comfortable.
👍 If you have a car, the hotel's location offers easy access to everything in the area.
👍 Cleanliness is very good.
