"The hotel's location is very close to the Bell Tower; you can see it from the room window, and the night view is stunning. I initially thought it would be noisy being so close to the street, but the soundproofing is actually excellent. The hotel management is well-regulated; food delivery pickup is clear and convenient, and the laundry, dryer, and gym facilities are all well-equipped, providing a great experience. Additionally, the front desk helped me with laundry service and even coordinated an urgent same-city express delivery service for an important item. This safe and reliable accommodation provided excellent support for my trip to Xi'an."

See Pu Baosu and never forget the original intention. What is the meaning of growth? Are you facing the world head-on with edges and thorns? Compromise against all unfairness and unspoken rules? Or go all the way to find the first touch? These fragmentary definitions seem insufficient to explain growth. These revitalized rooms seem to be looking for answers. Who doesn’t walk all the way, discard all the way, and then pick up all the way? I am reminded of a poem by Kahlil Gibran, which is suitable to be used here: Don’t forget why we set out just because we have gone too far.
"I loved the localization of this hostel. It's inside of the Muslim quarter, so you get the full street food experience and there's a lot to see. I feel like the Muslim quarter was the most lively place in the city, and there's always a reason for it: people like me love it! The rooms were very clean and tidy, I liked that there where places for you to but your stuff in the bed space, it felt cozy. The air conditioner worked well, but turned off after some time, which was not super nice. The bathrooms were kind of dirty, with lots of hair in the ground. I get that people shower in the bathroom, but I noticed that even after cleaning staff had just cleaned, there was still hair, and the bathroom was super wet, making it difficult to use. The staff didn't speak english at all, but used translation devices when necessary, which is ok. Overall, it was a good stay and I would do it again, but there could be more attention regarding toilet cleaning."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well.
The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening.
The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean.
The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions.
Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"Really great! I arrived quite late, but the hotel was quick to send someone to pick me up from the airport. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with anything I needed, and items were delivered to my room very quickly. The hotel was very clean, and the room was quite spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, the transportation is really convenient. "Staying at Hotel Gaya during my road trip was a pleasant surprise in every aspect. What impressed me most was the security service; the security guard saw us with a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. He also arranged a parking spot and explained the parking注意事项 (important things to note about parking), showing great responsibility. "I was genuinely surprised to find such a quality hotel at this price point, definitely a five-star review! It was quite late when I arrived, but the front desk staff were still incredibly welcoming and attentive, not just going through the motions. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the towels were fresh, dry, and soft. All the amenities were brand new and sealed. The air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of the night, but after I called maintenance, a technician arrived within five minutes and fixed it quickly, maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor throughout. I even ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who greeted me warmly and offered to help when she saw me carrying heavy bags. Parking is free with plenty of spaces, which was very convenient for driving. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; I couldn't hear any street noise even though my room faced the road, and I slept soundly until morning. Downstairs, there are plenty of snack shops and a supermarket, so you don't have to go far for food or essentials. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are well-maintained and look brand new. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, with no hidden charges. Both cleanliness and service are top-notch, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"The front desk brother service is good, the disadvantage is that it has been written for 26 years. The door of the room was almost rotten, and I was too lazy to take pictures. My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

Every summer, I take my kids on vacation, and I've stayed in many hotels. This one definitely deserves a thorough positive review! For those who expect upper-mid range quality and for families with children, you can book this hotel without hesitation.
1. The family room is just perfect for a family of three, and the front desk even provides complimentary breakfast for children upon check-in.
2. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Stele Forest Museum and the City Wall. Other attractions require a taxi, and during the summer, there are plenty of taxis and ride-sharing cars right outside the hotel, so you can get a ride within 5 minutes. We stayed for 5 days and mostly took taxis, as Xi'an has fewer subway lines.
3. The breakfast menu changes during the weekdays and includes DIY Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and some local specialties. Most importantly, they have my favorite coffee! I had to have two cups every morning! I've been there at 8 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM, and there was always a seat available!
4. Every evening at 6:30 PM, the lobby offers complimentary desserts and milk (if you drink milk regularly, you don't need to bring your own, as the hotel provides it morning and evening). The weekday offerings are all different, like opening a blind box. Out of my 5-day stay, my favorite was the Mango Sago.
5. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your room door. There are two robots, and they're very fast. I ordered several times, and once the delivery person put the order in, it arrived within 10 minutes.
6. You never have to wait for the hotel elevators, morning or evening, they're very quick. Each room can have up to 10 items of clothing laundered daily. For a family of three, you can inform the hotel in advance to add an extra blanket. The added blanket is thin, which is perfect for kids who tend to get warm easily.
7. The service absolutely deserves a good review. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was polite and courteous, which made us feel very happy. Any reasonable request we had was met.
8. I have no suggestions, it was excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an, and I hope the hotel continues to maintain its good reputation!

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

Guest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

Guest UserThis hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful.
The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel!
The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses.
But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up!
The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Anonymous UserHUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

Guest UserI've been to Xi'an many times, but this trip was a spontaneous decision to bring my child. Since I booked the hotel quite late, the usual places I stay at didn't have any suitable rooms. After looking around, I chose this Mehao Lizhi hotel.
The hotel is located right on Xidajie, which is very convenient for transportation. It's about a two-minute walk from Guangjijie subway station, and the Muslim Quarter is only three to five minutes away. The room wasn't small, and the full-length windows provided good natural light. The king-size bed, sofa, refrigerator, and bathtub setup felt pretty good for the price. The front desk staff member, Yunshu, was very kind and gentle, and she even gave us a small gift when we checked out.
Now for the downsides. The soundproofing within the hotel itself was actually pretty good; there was barely any noise normally. However, the windows weren't soundproofed well at all. During my stay, there was waterproofing work being done on the roof of the building next door. Being on the 10th floor, it sounded like the waterproofing work on the 4th-floor roof next door was happening with the windows wide open. For a hotel, this level of soundproofing is honestly quite disappointing.
