This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We even got a free room upgrade. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. The service was excellent too, making us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel is great! The hygiene is top-notch, and the bedding is so comfortable. The service attitude is also wonderful, making us feel very cozy and relaxed. We'll definitely be staying here again next time.

This creates zero sense of distance, making communication comfortable and relaxed—especially friendly for elderly guests. ✈️ A major trump card: The hotel specially provides a fleet of 4 commercial vehicles (ranging from 7-seaters to 19-seaters) offering free round-trip shuttle services to and from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. This saves travelers the hassle of hailing cabs and high taxi fares, making travel with the elderly exceptionally worry-free. Since we were the only 4 guests on the flight during our drop-off time slot, they even arranged a brand-new GAC Trumpchi 7-seater commercial vehicle that had been on the road for only 5 months, treating us to a super VIP private car experience. 💫 Other thoughtful amenities: Prime location, very close to Yongning Gate (South Gate). It is extremely convenient for visiting the City Wall, Guanzhong Academy, Forest of Stone Tablets Museum, Muslim Quarter, Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City, Datang Furong Garden, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and other attractions. The hotel offers a hearty breakfast featuring local specialty snacks, along with heartwarming services like free afternoon tea and snacks, and a complimentary shuttle to the Terracotta Army. The guest rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable bedding. From the front desk and drivers to the restaurant staff, everyone is polite and warm, providing attentive service. When traveling, comfortable hardware is certainly important, but these sincere, detail-oriented services are exceptionally heartwarming.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the subway exit is right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was stable. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and very friendly. The hotel facilities were comprehensive. The environment was quiet, and both transportation and parking were convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

Found a hidden gem of a guesthouse in Xi'an! The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The exclusive rooftop viewing platform offers amazing photo opportunities with the Bell Tower. All facilities and amenities are well-equipped, with thoughtful details throughout, and the service is attentive and friendly. It's truly a perfect place to rest during a trip. The brunch, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and even a small souvenir upon check-out all demonstrate the attention to detail and care provided.

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station nearby, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in Qujiang. Yet, the hotel is tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel experience was excellent. The Wanfengtang Museum on the fifth floor is a major highlight; being able to admire ancient artifacts right where you're staying truly captures the cultural essence of Chang'an. The public areas are stylishly designed and perfect for photos. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialty noodles. Ivan, a staff member, was polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Whether you're visiting Xi'an for tourism or business, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.
