This hotel is super close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, just a few minutes' drive away. The environment is fantastic, with a garden-style design surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The moment you step in, all your travel fatigue just melts away. The rooms are clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding is really comfortable. The service is thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff are warm and efficient, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including some authentic Guizhou specialties. The hotel is also very new, and it's incredibly convenient that you can open the door with your phone, so there's no need for a key card.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

This is the fourth Pullman I've stayed at after Fuzhou, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai. The hardware is decent, but the service feels a bit subpar. Facilities: The front desk upgraded me to an executive room, and the turndown service was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was very spacious. Hygiene: Very meticulous, no issues inside the room. Environment: The public area on the first floor is quite different from other Pullmans; it has a 'local Chinese hotel' vibe, with many shops, which makes it feel a bit cheap and noisy. Service: No one helped with luggage. The concierge service was very poor. When checking in, I was reminded to use the last four digits of my phone number for robot delivery of takeout. However, when I ordered takeout, the concierge was inflexible and said the phone number on the delivery slip didn't match. Firstly, the delivery phone number might be a virtual number. Secondly, guests shouldn't have to disclose all their phone numbers, right? Even after the delivery person provided the phone number, they still wouldn't send it up to the room. There were many tour groups, and the hotel's fitness floor seems to be outsourced, leading to a mixed bag of people. The location is average, too close to the train station, and there's no scenery to speak of nearby.

True to its reputation as a national treasure! Even before arriving, service manager Xiao Yuan proactively reached out to arrange our room and sent us a travel guide. The hotel's breakfast selection and quality far exceeded our expectations. We even got to try the complimentary Maotai ice cream, which thrilled the kids. Renhuai, the 'Wine Capital of China,' was historically a bustling hub for merchants, and this was our first visit. The hotel's warm service and thoughtful greetings truly showcase the excellence of a top-tier domestic brand in both hardware and software. It's a shame we only stayed one night; next time, we'll definitely extend our stay for a few more days. We'll be back, full of praise for Maotai Hotel and our fondness for酱香 (Jiangxiang) liquor!

The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with excellent central air conditioning. We arrived on a cold, rainy winter night with our dog, elderly parents, and child, and were greeted by warm, friendly smiles and greetings from the staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff in the lobby to the security guards, and the staff we encountered in the elevators and restaurant, was incredibly nice and friendly, both to us and to our dog. The breakfast was plentiful, and both the facilities and service were easily four-star quality, offering exceptional value for money. The 100 yuan deposit for our dog was refunded instantly; it hit our account before we even exited the underground parking lot. For a hotel that's so friendly and welcoming to pets, I highly recommend staying here.

Before I even checked in, she proactively added me on WeChat and sent over a meticulously organized guide to the hotel's outlets, dining options, and facilities. Every morning, she'd send a timely update on Guiyang's weather and even offer wardrobe suggestions – talk about attention to detail! She also provided clear electronic versions of the hotel's amenities and executive lounge benefits, making everything easy to understand. Whenever I had a question, I'd message her on WeChat, and her responses were lightning-fast, resolving issues quickly without me having to worry about a thing. The guest room offered stunning views of Jiaxiu Tower, blending French elegance with local charm perfectly. The bedding was the My Bed series, the same as found in Air France First Class. From check-in to check-out, Rabby's service was consistently thoughtful, warm, and attentive. She truly embodies Sofitel's high-quality service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang!

The front desk service was excellent. After checking in, they escorted us to the elevator. The hotel environment was great, and the room was spacious and quiet with two bathrooms. Since I was staying with a friend, we asked for two extra duvets, which were promptly delivered to our room by the staff. Breakfast was at the Hilton, and there was a shuttle service provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is my go-to five-star hotel every time I visit Tongren. It's truly an amazing hotel; the cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff's service is excellent. The environment, especially, is fantastic—absolutely no noise when sleeping, very quiet. The breakfast is also incredibly diverse and plentiful. If you're coming to Tongren, this should definitely be your first choice.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the dining area was quite large. Jing Yibing's service was incredibly warm and attentive, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Honestly, a significant part of my positive impression of this hotel is due to Jing Yibing's outstanding service. A good employee truly enhances a hotel's image.

I think the Wanfenglin Yueqili Mountain Homestay is excellent. First off, the guesthouse's location and overall environment are fantastic. The room balcony offers unbeatable, beautiful mountain views, and facilities like the garden and swimming pool are also outstanding. Secondly, the service here is superb. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and polite to guests, always going out of their way to help with any requests as quickly as possible. Plus, the room's cleanliness and amenities are good. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it offers both Chinese and Western options, and it tastes great – especially the rice noodles, which are delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this guesthouse and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
