This was one of the nicest...cleanest...friendlest hotels I ever stayed in... The staff are fantastic...They do not speak English but hey....its their country so I should speak some Chinese....haha. Best bathroom facilities ever....including the inroom bath. I now know the joys of a fully automatic toilet....fsntastic. I must have a heated ”throne ” from now on. A nice buffet breakfast to start your day. I highly recommend yuu stay there. Thank you staff

I am fully satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is superb. It is next to food street and closed to tourist attractions. Room is clean with no smoking smell. Have laundry room including dryer that is free of charge. Staff gave us free breakfast buffet (probably because I was traveling with a disabled mom), which tastes great. There is a tourist counter at lobby where I bought my cruise trip to YangShuo. Price is reasonable. We receive free gift (key chain and towels) upon our check out. The only con is that their lobby is at lower level with stairs, which is not convenient for my mom who is on wheelchair to get to their lobby.

They will tell you everything and answer your questions about the hotel and the sights in the area. The hotel is located not far away, within walking distance from the busy and noisy west street, but at the same time it is very quiet and calm near the hotel itself, which is important for a good sleep. The breakfast at the hotel is good and delicious. Also in the afternoon, the hotel offers to enjoy a drink with fruits and cakes on the roof with a charming view. It is possible to rent a bike right in front of the hotel to explore the area. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

My favorite hotel in China. I wish I could live there. I stayed multiple times, 3 different rooms. It's well located, in one of the loveliest areas but be mindful of the crowd and music noise in the evening. I actually loved the liveliness of the area. Rooms with balconies are comfortable. Not all have a fridge so again be mindful when booking. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Outside motorbike vendors are the best. I will book here in the future again.

Location It's 'in' West Street rather than 'on' West Street. Surrounding the hotel is the Pedestrian shopping area. It is filled with street vendors and evening activities. Despite this the noise level in the hotel room is fine. You cannot hear anything from outside even during the evenings. Great location. Room The room itself (we were in the Cinema projector room) is large enough but it did lack a fridge. We were only there for 2 nights but any longer and this may be an issue. The room is clean. Daily housekeeping provides bed tidying, trash emptying, and new towels each night. One issue thing is that housekeeping turned off the AC and unplugged my charging plugs (to be fair, nothing at the time was actually being charged) but I do like coming back to a super cold room after a hot day so I didn't like the AC being turned off. If you are deciding on the Cinema room, be wary. It is a good movie-watching experience and there are lots of Chinese and Western films. But, it has to be in low light. You must close the curtains..... but the curtains still let in light through the bottom. You will also have to turn off the lights and this is another problem. Normally one light switch controls one light. But this hotel has smart switches where one switch can control several lights and there was no combination that we found can allow the room to be dark enough for the screen but allow some light so you are not sitting in total darkness. This meant we turned off all room lights and turned on the lights in the bathroom. The bathroom is large but a few issues here too. The toilet is not a smart bidet toilet. Just a normal one. No big issue.The shower is a bigger issue. There are two showerheads, a tall one high on the roof and a handheld one, pretty normal. But the handheld one is tiny, and as a guy who prefers the handheld one, it takes forever to use it thoroughly enough. Another issue with the bathroom is the fact that if you sit in the room you can look inside the bathroom and see whomever is showering. The glass is frosted so its not clear and as I was with my wife, its not an issue for us. But if you have a twin room then maybe its an issue if you don't want someone to see you showering. But the bathroom has a heated towel rack and large heated mirror and good shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided The bedroom floor is an issue. I weigh 75kg and in places on the floor you step it feels as if the floor is flexing under you. Then I saw that part of the seam of the wood looked like its coming up and if you were not wearing slippers then maybe you could cut yourself One last issue with the room is the level it is on. As mentioned before the hotel is on the street. So if you keep your curtains open, anyone on the street can very easily see into your room. It lacks privacy. Breakfast: I must say this was disappointing. You have mini-croissants and plain sliced bread for toast. You have rice, noodles, mini chicken sausages and eggs. There's a noodle station also so you can get some cooked to your desire. But it just seemed lacking in options. Service: Very warm and friendly and patient staff. You can ask questions (in English) via WeChat and they often reminded me about times for breakfast and if I was okay so far. Common Areas: The hotel is very modern. Lots of places to sit and every surface is designed well with interesting and modern materials and furnishings. Extras: Laundry room is good. 4 modern washer/dryers. sinks to do hand washing and an excellent steamer to iron clothes The hotel has a spa but we never used Overall: The only other hotels that may be better than this were much more expensive and in a worse location. So with BO Hotel, you get a very pretty hotel with a modern look, a large room with nice features (cinema screen), great service from staff and all for a low price and in an amazing location. Yangshuo then for 3-4 days or less I would return. Any longer and I would want a fridge and a gym

Room is ok, not exceptional. I can’t understand where all the high ratings came from. Location is far from west street. Definitively not within walking distance. Cleanliness can be improved. Facilities are run down and not maintained. Staff used bare hands (no gloves and hands not sanitised) to handle and cook rice noodles for guests in morning, unhygienic and not following basic food handling procedures. Not once but over 2 mornings and with different staff on different occasions. Lift waiting public area on 8th floor was not lit at night. Do NOT buy Guilin Romance Park tickets through hotel. We made the mistake of buying the tickets from hotel. We were told by hotel front desk staff that the tickets were VIP seats in the middle, but in fact they were not and seats were to the side. What’s more, only after we bought the tickets from hotel were we told to collect them from a cafe (frequented by many touts) and not at the park entrance as legitimate tickets should be.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can walk to the popular sights; the sun and moon pagodas, the pedestrian street, and the elephant trunk hill. There are many food options around. The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was a little small and the little sofa was converted to a bed which was a hazard, and my husband was injured on his shin. The staff were very apologetic and helpful in this regard.

Location was excellent as this was clsoe to shops and night market, the bathrooms needed a bit more attention as some parts needed to be cleaner. Service is what you would expect for a 3 star hotel with adequte facilities.

It’s a great location, close to the main commercial street. Has a beautiful terrace where you can have some drinks and food enjoying the great views. The room is spacious enough. A bit noisy at night but it’s ok. But the most important thing to point out is the service. Emily who was at the front desk was so kind to help us with everything. She spoke english and was very profesionally in every moment. Always available and happy to help. I reccomend this hotel totally and I want to thank personally to Emily and the great hotel it is. I had a massage in the spa that was good. If I come back to Yangshuo definitely I would stay in The Percent Hotel. Thanks again

**5-Star Review** We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Guilin! From the moment we arrived, the staffs (秀秀，小燕子，坤坤 have went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. We were particularly impressed by their extra efforts to assist us during our stay. For example, they kindly carried our luggage to our room and even helped us transport it to our next hotel when we took the bus to the jetty. The hotel's location is also unbeatable - it's just a short walk to the popular DongXi street (东西街）, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and we loved the daily afternoon tea service. The room itself is huge and spotlessly clean, with lovely bathroom amenities that made us feel pampered. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer available for us to use at any time. But what really this hotel apart is the staff's exceptional service. They went out of their way to arrange a private driver for us and recommended excellent local restaurants. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel with excellent position. The loud and crowded West-Street is only 50 meters distant, but you never hear any noise from there. The room was always clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. No wishes unfulfilled! The big roof terrace offers good chairs and phantastic view of the roofs of Yangshuo and of the surrounding landscape at day and night. It is also possible to dry washed clothes there. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff members. This hotel is highly recommendable!

Stayed in the duplex room - favourite hotel throughout our month long trip! Clean, huge, spacious, comfortable, had an extra bed downstairs etc. lots of food options around, walking distance to west street.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited! The room was beautiful, and super clean (I am very picky about hygiene and cleanliness but this hotel was perfect in this sense) and service was good, location was also nice since it was so tranquil and the surrounding was quiet.Even there is a comfortable car arranged by hotel! One of the best was the professional photo session offered by the hotel, you can select a beautiful traditional costume for free, and also they will provide all the accessories and even there is a makeup artist to take care of your makeup, so you don't need any nice clothes or makeup as everything is organized by the hotel photography place. I loved all the photos they took, they beautify the photos so all look amazing, had difficulty choosing!! The photographer is so professional and they have amazing costumes!! Dressing up and makeup and phorography session all free of charge when you book the hotel! They give free photo but I bought some because quality is amazing! Will definitely visit again!

Excellent hotel in an awesome location tucked away 1 minute walk from the busy area of West Street and right next to the river. The family that looks after is amazing, they provided such high level of service with checkin and out just super friendly. The hotel is well maintained, clean with a very cool rooftop. The room and bathroom was really tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. We are not sure about the reviews from the smelly drain or worries of walking down an alley. It was a cute alley and China is safe when it comes to alleys unlike much of the world.

It’s the perfect choice of accommodation at Yangshuo that you wouldn’t want to miss. The room is very new, spacious and clean. The hotel is very thoughtful to provide every guest with plenty of bottle water, welcome lucky draw and gift. Every single service staff that I’ve met during my 2 nights of stay are beyond helpful, always carrying a smile, respond very timely and conveniently via WeChat. Apart of the amazing amenities and location, this hotel comes with plenty of complimentary and accommodating services such as free car ride to neighbourhood vicinity, complimentary breakfast, teatime, good night dessert and complimentary professional photoshoot for a certain duration based on your room type which the photos can be uploaded to your phone conveniently after the shoot - shout out to photographer Dai Dai who guided us on the pose and took amazing photos. Special thanks and grateful to 梦华 for his hospitality, patience and driving us to our site seeing or dinning location whenever the chauffeured car is available. This hotel is WOW! Looks just like the pictures. Friendly + helpful staff. Decent breakfasts (both Chinese + Western). Great location, about 5 minutes walk from MixC mall or Hangyang mall. Subway line 1 stops are found next to the each mall. Room was amazing & luxuriously comfortable! Only problems were a loud creaky sound on the room's wooden floor and irresponsible guests who smoked in the passages without permission, leaving an unpleasant smell behind for non smokers. I would still do future stay at this hotel as I believe my complaints are isolated cases that don't always occur.

Not bad, I stayed there for a concert, close to the subway, free shuttle service for the concert, although not far from the sports center, but after watching the concert, it was really convenient to have a car to pick me up. I booked two queen-size rooms for women, which were not bad. There was a makeup mirror in the room, which was suitable for girls to put on makeup.

The location of this hotel is very good. Near to the airport and great for those to need to catch flight early in the morning. The price is very reasonable and the room is very clean and nice as well.

Staying for 3 days at level 12, tower A. Tower B is newest after upgraded renovation. Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and we do enjoy our stays. Good toiletries and all towels and bathrobes are in packaging. The mattress is soft, probably elderly prefer hard type. The only feedback is the pressure of the water is low. The breakfast was good but type of food was same daily Staffs’ service were good, they were approachable and polite. As I didn’t tour the hotel, I didn’t see any gym or swimming pool.

A great location for concert going peoples, not far from nanning sports stadium, infavt you can walk over easily. I had a river view which jad an amazing view of the mountain and skyscrapers of nanning, beautiful sunset and sunrise. The only drawback of this hotel my room when i go back after being out smells of sewers, i think the hotel needs to loom into that, room 4203.

After returning to Yunnan, I passed through Nanning and rested for a night. It was past 11pm when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel was newly opened and everything was fine. Breakfast arrived at 10pm which was a bit early. The restaurant was not big and there was not much food!
