The pros: The butler service was very responsive, and the shuttle carts were always on demand. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the Zixi rice noodles and local snacks. Standard amenities included a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and Dahongpao tea bags. The room was clean and tidy. However, there were real issues: The soundproofing was poor. Noise from the hallway and doors opening and closing carried right into the room. Late at night, we could clearly hear guests with kids returning, with both adults and children talking loudly in the corridor. By 6:00 AM the next morning, we could hear other guests pacing around in their rooms, which practically forced us to get up and leave. This room type doesn't offer a view of Dawang Peak—the window view was disappointing. Given the behavior of the neighboring guests, I wouldn't choose this room type again; next time, I'd pay extra to upgrade to a higher tier or a villa."

"The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Terminal 3, or a 10-15 minute walk. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient. When checking in, I asked the front desk if there was any airplane noise, and they said none at all. However, as soon as I entered the room, I could clearly hear planes. On top of that, the room door wasn't soundproof, and there were people playing and being noisy in the hallway, so I didn't sleep well. "The service at this hotel was truly exceptional, and we were very satisfied! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time and were worried we wouldn't be able to get into our room right away. However, the hotel had a vacant room, and they very considerately allowed us to check in early without any extra charge, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was well-equipped with amenities; slippers and toothbrushes were provided, and there were several towels. Although a few of the towels were a bit worn, the overall cleanliness was good, so it was probably just an oversight on their part. The bed was very soft, and the comforter and pillows were very comfortable, making for a truly restful sleep. There were three of us – my friend with her son, and myself. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a room with a larger bed for my friend and her son, and a smaller bed for me, which was very considerate. Initially, we accidentally booked a room without a window. When we went to the front desk, the staff informed us that we could cancel the windowless room for free and helped us rebook a nice room with a window. We are truly grateful for their assistance. We didn't book breakfast because we are foreigners, and the breakfast here is very Chinese in style. The hotel even offered to let us check out the breakfast options beforehand. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't really to our liking, so we ultimately decided against it. Wi-Fi was available in the room. When we checked out, we were also able to store our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, the service was excellent, and everything was great. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's generally quite clean. During our stay, housekeeping came to clean the room, replaced all the slippers with new ones, provided new toothbrushes, and even mopped the floor. We all really liked this hotel, especially the service. The staff were very polite and patient with foreign guests, always trying their best to help us.
