Comfort Inn Downtown Charleston

There are more breakfasts and meals, but the hotel staff is very warm and thoughtful. After the breakfast meal is over, ask for it and come back to face the meal after the meal. My car key was lost on the hotel sofa, and the front desk ***o and Damelle found it and kept it for the customer. The front desk staff patiently helped you change rooms. Parking is not sufficient for the occupants. Late night, the hotel has to park at the surrounding banks and have to move in the morning.

We are snowbirds travelling on our yearly driving trip to Florida. We have been stopping at this Quality Inn for many years - both on our southern and return northern trips. The room was comfortable and quiet, and both my wife and I slept well. Our morning rituals include me getting moving 1st, and then I venture to the breakfast bar to take cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee back to the room for a morning start to our day. However, the desk clerk advised me that I couldn't have food in the room because customers had dropped food on the carpet, and I was only allowed a cup of coffee for each of us. I was disappointed to say the least, especially when my wife pointed out that if the hotel didn't allow food in the room, why was there a microwave and a fridge there? I went across the street to McDonalds and brought back a couple of breakfasts. We will not stay here in the future. BTW, there is a Day's Inn on the same exit the is very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Pre reserved for cross country trip to a funeral. The manager was ‘the only person working at 4pm’, front desk, cleaning rooms, laundry’ etc. She stayed there all night working. I won’t stay there again because the shower didn’t work and had no hot water. I can’t say enough about the manager’s work ethic. She needs a raise.
Quality Inn Seneca US-123

For my recent trip to the Seneca/Clemson area, I decided on the Quality Inn of Seneca for my stay based in affordable rates and its Gold Award status with Choice Hotels. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay. This is a two-story, exterior corridor facility, and my first time at such a property since 2018. My room was 114, a king bed unit located on the first floor. The room was renovated fairly recently, as there was less wear and tear on the room and furniture than I've seen at other Quality Inns I've visited recently. The room was clean and everything worked fine aside from the typical Choice Hotel wi-fi that logs you off every few hours, even if it wasn't nearly as frequent as the location I stayed at last month. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was a larger than normal model. The room overall was excellent, and it was nice to be able to stay at a hotel and not have to report any issues or missing amenities to the front desk. Breakfast was okay, and could stand to be improved with bagels or perhaps even a meat option. Staff was excellent, and Amanda (day shift) assisted in getting an item returned to me that I had left in the room upon check-out. There's an outdoor pool on site. The Quality Inn of Seneca was an excellent hotel - don't pass it by simply because it's an exterior corridor facility. The room was clean, comfortable, and in better condition, maintenance-wise, than some newer hotels I've stayed at. And the staff is very helpful as well. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a well-kept, reasonably priced lodging option in the Seneca/Clemson vicinity.
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anderson/Clemson

We were in Anderson for a craft fair on the hottest weekend of the year (heat index 108f). When we checked in we were exhausted, hot and ready to relax. The staff made check-in a breeze, the room was exactly what we asked for. And an added bonus the water pressure was like a fire hose and made showering quick and easy so we could get some rest.

Not as the description. There is no breakfast. The table in the room is dusty. The air conditioning is old and smelly. Just for a short stay.

My family and I stayed here one night over the Memorial Weekend, as we were en route to NY. We checked in late, and the front desk gentleman was very helpful. The elevator was down and he explained that before check-in was complete (so we weren't caught off guard). The room was clean and hotel is in a good location.....We were able to walk to a restaurant in the morning, before we left. Parking was very accessible and hotel was in a good condition.
