I had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!

It was a good stay. I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy, spaciouse, and quiet my room was. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. While it’s not the largest buffet you’ll find, the food felt home-cooked and comforting.
I do have one concern regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom, which could use more attention. The drainage and water pressure also need improvement. That said, it was acceptable for me since I was only staying for a couple of nights while waiting for the ferry terminal to resume operations for travel to the Camotes Islands.
The hotel is perfectly located near the airport and is surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, so getting around was very easy. The staff (especially the ladies working they) were very kind, welcoming, and helpful.

It's a nice place in a good location. Mall & airport are close by. Host very friendly & responsive. Gave us great advice on places to eat ,(SkyScape,Sue & Ramen restaurant). Rooms are small but adequate. Very clean & nice! I would highly recommend!
Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room had modern tropical interiors, strong A/C, and a cozy with view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens are clean.

I'm glad I stayed here.
The owner was very kind and welcomed me warmly. He even lent me an umbrella on a rainy day and a towel when I got home soaked. He was very helpful, and the room was clean and had a water server, which was very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cebu.

Wonderful Stay — Peaceful, Clean, and Budget-Friendly!
I stayed here for 7 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation. You also have a good sense of privacy during your stay.
The hotel is budget-friendly but still very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and staff are all accommodating and friendly, especially Sir Bobby in the kitchen, he’s very kind and always helpful. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping my room neat and tidy every day.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and peaceful place to stay.
Very large room, stayed 6 days, cooked breakfast in the kitchen. Large, clean, soft bed, large bath towels, quiet air conditioner. Well-kept beautiful hotel territory, security closes/opens the gates in the evening. Polite, friendly staff, good owner. Cleaning every other day, liked everything very much, the best price/quality ratio.

We rented this apartment for a week. The first advantage is the price! The second is the staff: they're always happy to help with easy and affordable travel plans, shopping, and more. Surprisingly, the apartment has a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, water cooler, dishes, and a real coffee machine with beans, which you can use at any time. You only have to pay extra for gas if you decide to cook something. Kota Beach is 5 minutes away, as are all the restaurants. I'm completely satisfied, but don't think you'll be staying in a five-star hotel for a small price (very small, thanks to trip.com). I highly recommend it!
A brief addition to the previous review: the view obviously depends on where you sit.
There are 24 rooms, but some have limited views, but a spacious balcony.
The rooms are a bit noisy; you can hear the (upstairs) neighbors moving their things and using the toilet/shower.
Woken up at 06:45am by owner playing music. Who then had a loud telephone conversation under my window.
They offer a budget room - no kettle, no coffee, no bottled water, no toiletries, but charge a higher price.
Breakfast is advertised as included, but it is only partly. You are allowed 200 pesos free (1 coffee is 100, 1 French toast is 100), after that, you have to pay for anything additional.
On arrival, I informed staff that my toilet was broken as the flush did not work. They told me they'd look into it. When I returned, I was informed that I was right, it was broken, and I was given a bucket to flush.

CCebustar309Air conditioning, WiFi OK, clean. It's close to supermarkets and SMSeaside mall. and the only amenities were towels, but I think it's very good for traveling alone at this price.

GGuest UserThis is an excellent place to stay. Overall, the location is good, but walking back at night along the dark, unlit streets isn't very comfortable as the hotel is set back from the main roads. We rented a motorbike from the hotel for 350 pesos. It's generally hard to get around Moalboal without a bike; you need one to reach the beaches, waterfalls, shops, and cafes. The traffic isn't heavy and is predictable, so even a novice rider would find it comfortable. You can order breakfast or food delivery at the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured on the website; our stay was very comfortable. It has everything you need: shampoo, soap, a refrigerator, a chest of drawers, and a clothes hanger. Coffee, hot, and cold water are always available. There's a clean swimming pool on the property. The hotel owners are incredibly kind; they helped us with ferry information for leaving Oslob and how to get to Oslob by bus. Thank you so much for such a cozy place 🙏

NNepthaliWorth the price! You really get what you pay but what's amazing is that the room is very clean. And you get a good meal for breakfast, your usual 'silog'. What's nice is the 'ulam' or viand is different everyday. Also, there is no elevator.
MMay SalazarWe stayed for 2 nights at Zosimo’s Inn. Our rooms was massive with kitchen and a fridge. Our second room upstairs was where our young adults stayed. The place is clean, room was very welcoming. Bed has the right firmness. Sheets and towels were crisp white.
Toiletries were provided. No Netflix or Disney on the TV. Reception answers inquiries promptly. This was the reason I opted for this place. The price I paid for was just right with breakfast included.
There is a very close walkable street food in Lazi, which was great. Our breakfast was served in a nearby eatery where our meal was prepared as ordered.
Overall, it was a good stay, aside from its distance from the main city- around 30 minutes. I can recommend this place if distance to the noisy main city is not for you.
I was gonna upload photos but trip.com website takes a long while to upload. ☹️

MMaddog220Beautiful and cozy resort within walking distances to the beach and nearby food and grocery amenities. The rooms are small but has good functioning aircon and water heater for showers. Everything is clean and works well. No complaints at all. The local home-cooked Philippines breakfast is great with many choices too! Motorcycle rental is 300php per day at the resort itself and they are Not rather new bikes and worth it for travelling to all the places of interests on Bantayang island. The best experience is with the lady manager Aiza, who is very helpful with her tips on local places of interest and provided whatever requests we have on the resort. This resort is a not too expensive home-stay experience at a good location, which I will return, if I come back to Bantayang Island.
AAnonymous UserGreenfields Tourist Inn offers the basics at a budget price. The room is simple—you get what you pay for. It comes with its own CR, is reasonably clean, and hygiene is maintained. The property also has a pool, which is a plus if you want to relax on-site.
However, there are several drawbacks that need attention. The walk to Alona Beach takes about 10–15 minutes, which is farther compared to other hotels in the area. Inside the room, mosquitoes were a problem, and the air conditioning left the floor damp and uncomfortable. The linen and blanket provided were very thin, making sleep less cozy and not ideal for longer stays.
Overall, Greenfields Tourist Inn is fine if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with basic amenities, but expect compromises in comfort and convenience.
