"The service was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and helpful staff. The place is pretty, clean and the room is comfortable. However there was a strange thing happened in my room— there were tiny flies, a lot of them on the towels. But the second day the flies were gone. I just asked to change the towels cause it wasn’t too bad but because the service is amazing I didn’t think it was a big problem because you can always communicate nicely with them. Thank you for having us would recommend this place if anyone wants to stay somewhere in the suburbs. I was hoping the swimming pool would be open but it wasn’t I guess because it was in the winter season."

"1) Location is superb. Right smack in the ancient city and 50m from the landmark guangji gate. You can walk everywhere to do your visits and taste street food & other gourmets . You can even get on a trishaw & do a slow sightseeing of the city among the interesting streets outside the non-traffic square
2) hotel is new about 6 months old. Clean and full amenities . The bed is comfortable and good. We are not familiar with the light switches so had trouble switching to dim lights at night
3) there’s a lift and a laundry area downstairs
4) service is perfect . Our room came with breakfast. Breakfast is simple and fresh and wholesome . Well in chaozhou you probably wanna skip to eat the yummy snacks on the street. We had breakfast for 2 days. On the last day we skipped. We slept in till breakfast time was over. We had bought a rice dumpling and a rice snack the day before. We requested for them to heat up. They went beyond our expectations. Not only heat up, but gave us fresh fruits all serve properly on a tray like room service. Thank you
5) we booked a one bedroom suite on level 2. Ceilings are high. Room is airy. Soundproofing is good. Once the windows are closed. There’s minimal noise from street outside. By night 10pm it’s quiet . Morning noises only start around 9am plus from tourists foot traffic
6) Tip- as traffic are not allowed on that street. The nearest point is to get off at the Xia shui men (下水门） gate and enter the gate. From there you walk about 100-150m on flat well-tiled surfaces to the hotel
7) hope the hotel maintains their cleanliness & newness moving forward .

Our room was on the second floor, accessible by elevator. It was very spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It even came with a smart toilet, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The owner was really welcoming; they upgraded our room for free, and when we mentioned wanting to make tea, they even gave us extra bottles of mineral water."

"The location of the B&B is good, on the edge of Qixing Lake, and there are scenic spots outside. The decoration is also quite unique, and they are responsible for picking up at the station. The proprietress is quite enthusiastic and gave me souvenirs when I left. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the room I stayed in is too small, and the facilities are not complete. Everything is placed on the floor or windowsill. It is much more comfortable to stay in a hotel at the same price. I decisively canceled the next day's stay and moved to the hotel."

"This place is incredibly comfortable! I've been searching for a guesthouse where I could truly relax, and I've finally found it! You can just sit and gaze at the sea, letting your mind wander, without even needing to go out – it's a heavenly spot! All the stress from work just melted away the moment I saw this view! Absolutely full marks, it's fantastic!!
We stayed for three days and two nights, and our housekeeper, Dian Dian, was super nice! The service was thoughtful, always responding promptly, and the other staff were very friendly too! The butler service, amenities, and even the toiletries provided by the guesthouse were incredibly considerate! The environment and hygiene were excellent – very clean!
The restaurant here, with its breakfast and afternoon tea, was so exquisite!
I'm someone who travels spontaneously and loves experiencing new places, and this is the first time I've felt sad to check out, hahaha! This calls for my very first positive accommodation review! 😎"

The location of the homestay is very convenient, and the surrounding area is very smooth for eating and shopping. The room was very clean and tidy, and the layout was very stylish. At first glance, it took a lot of thought and it was very comfortable to live in. The landlord is super good. From the communication before check-in to the check-out, he is very patient. He will answer all questions. He also gave a lot of local suggestions. He feels as kind as a friend.
The bedding is also very comfortable, sleeps very fragrant, there is no strangeness of staying in the hotel, but there is a kind of warmth of going home. In short, this stay experience is full, I have recommended this homestay to my friends, and I will choose here next time!

The common areas have a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to strike up conversations, and all the guests are interesting. The facilities are clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Staying here really made my trip amazing. Plus, the value for money is incredible! The location is great, very close to Nantou Ancient City metro station, which makes getting around super convenient. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They've really thought about everything. The common areas are incredibly atmospheric, and it's a much better deal than hotels in the same area. Highly recommend!

This famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

Our company held a team-building event and booked 10 rooms. The rooms were quite spacious, with balconies, a karaoke room, a mahjong room, and a billiards table. There was a lounge area in the lobby. The hotel had a great overall environment and excellent service. The owner even arranged breakfast for us, which was quite good. Highly recommended!

First off, the location is fantastic. The hotel is right next to the ancient city, and as soon as you step out, you're at Chaozhou West Lake. A quick right turn and you're in the old town. Plus, there's a bus stop right there that goes straight to Chaoshan Station and Guantang Town (for delicious beef hotpot, of course!).
As for the environment, the room was incredibly spacious and bright, with beautiful views of West Lake Park right outside the window. The hygiene was also top-notch.
The proprietress was incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. She even enthusiastically shared recommendations for tourist spots and great places to eat.
Overall, a 100-star experience! I highly recommend staying here!

Found a gem! Seriously so comfortable ✨ The mattress was perfectly firm yet soft, I slept soundly till morning, it was so restorative. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the decor was cozy and stylish. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which made for a very reassuring stay. The location was easy to find and convenient for getting around, and the owner was incredibly nice! The value for money was excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.
