Not serious, no spa, changing rates 😢 as of the good wishes of Front desk manager...Management and general management not willing to improve their premise by talking with VIP guest...Hiding??? Not willing to implement Wyndham procedures??? But by taking their franchise, they need to listen and most importantly to comply... Essential Amenities missing from supposedly the ”presidential suite”, Need heavy training, from general management, to staff...Indeed, I would not recommend this destination to any Elite Wyndham member, nor to guests that have a thorough knowledge and experience 😉 in real hospitality by Wyndham...It is a shame for the Wyndham brand to allow franchises to such under trained premises....Please do not allow such motels to play with a reputable brand that should, nevertheless, keep certain standings...

Its location is very beautiful.It is a walking distance and nearby center somewhere.The staff are rosary and solution-focused.The rooms and floors are very clean and clean every day.The only negative side is that you want to stay together with the inadequate breakfast Question whether we were married in the history and if there is a top floor, not take a golden floor, it's too noisy, no other negative side. The old town is a beautiful hotel that can be stayed. The hotel staff are very good in cleaning and hygiene, as well as in order to offer customers quality service. We have stayed three days with our sports cafe. Thanks also to the restaurant staff who helped us with the very tasty and tasteful food that we wanted to have in the menu. A hotel that provides a high quality service that we can say our second home in the old town ⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏

This hotel is perfectly located walking distance from the canal where all the nice place to visit and restaurant to eat. Internet was fast! Shout out to the english speaking receptionist who has been very helpful assiting me on my stay and helping me to call a taxi as well The breakfast is a turkish breakfast so it is a chance for me to have a good nice turkish breakfast!

The hotel's architecture is perfect with a single word. It is also a very nice feeling to be included in the purpose and service they serve. The hotel is landing with a staircase on a part of the common area in the most affecting and most enjoying part of the hotel, and the disabled people are thought to have set a seat on their own, and they can go out on the automatic system. 🤍 And it was also very nice to see them doing it with feelings without any publicity purpose, putting it into the spot on any social platform. How nice it was to say that good people are still. Love 🌸
