Es war einfach schön wieder da zu sein. Meine letzte Kritik wurde sofort positiv umgesetzt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedes Unternehmen kann sich freuen solch engagiertes Personal zu haben.

unflexivel, am Abend gab es nur ein Abendessen Menu anstatt a la carte, am Frühstücksbuffet waren die geschnitten Früchte nicht frisch, sogar müde, kein Angebot an Ziege /Schaffskäse oder Jogurt, nur Kuhmilch

Ich habe mit meinem Mann in diesem Hotel übernachtet, weil wir Spa-Liebhaber sind und die zahlreichen Hydromassagewannen und Saunen ausprobieren wollten, und zu unserer Überraschung Eine warme Weihnachtsatmosphäre empfing uns mit der Freundlichkeit der Kellner und den köstlichen und raffinierten Gerichten, die auf der Speisekarte des Restaurants angeboten wurden, begleitet von einem ausgezeichneten lokalen Wein und Piano-Bar-Musik. Ein wunderbares Erlebnis, das es auf jeden Fall wert ist, wiederholt zu werden.

Freundlicher Empfang an der Reception. Und diese Freundlichkeit durften wir 4 Tage vom ganzen Hotel Team erfahren. Der Gastgeber diktiert sie dem Team nicht, er lebt sie ihnen vor. Sei es beim Frühstück, Mittagesen oder beim Nachtessen, er begüsst die Gäste im Saal mit einem Guten Morgen Gruss, oder wünscht ihnen Guten Apetit. Supper! Das Frühstück ist grossartig mit allem was das Herz begehrt, und abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen sehr gut Gekocht und liebevoll serviert. Die SuperiorZimmer sind mit 30 m2 sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten elektrisch verstellbar und sehr bequem. Unser Zimmer war gegen den Innenhof und daher sehr ruhig. Das Solebad ist grosszügig gestaltet, und zur Thermalbad sind es nur einige Minuten zu Fuss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns beim ganzen Team für die erholsamen Tage.

Da wir ein Rabattangebot wahrgenommen hatten, wurden uns auf für uns erstaunliche weise Services vorenthalten, was nicht aus dem Angebot ersichtlich war. Wir fühlten uns in Folge als Gäste zweiter Klasse. Wir fühlten uns als Gäste nicht verstanden, und die Rezeption erschien uns etwas uninteressiert an unseren Ausführungen. Es wurde auf 'oben' verwiesen. Schade, denn einiges hier hat uns auch gefallen. Leider empfanden wir die Kette von Service Fehlern als Belastend - so geniesst man einfach kein Wochenende.

The superior room with a balcony facing the courtyard/park was beautiful and had been renovated in a modern style. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is a bit older, with a rehab charm and the clientele to match ;-). Breakfast and half-board dinner were fine. The best thing is the direct, unrestricted underground access to the huge Zurzach thermal baths with many thermal pools and saunas.
