Nuestras primeras dos noches las pasamos en la habitación estandar la cual nos pareció bastante pequeña y pedimos cambio a una suite. Entonces nuestra experiencia mejoró considerablemente. El desayuno que ofrecen es bastante básico sin mucha variedad y el costo es elevado. El personal del hotel es muy amable y con gran disposición para asistirnos en todo momento

Thai Restaurant 555 (555thai.ch): It‘s a rip-off. Very small portions at an exorbitant price and CHF 21 per drink is not justified for the location. Paid CHF 220 for two people (one shared starter and two main courses, three drinks per person). For the same price you get haute cuisine somewhere else in Zurich.

This hotel is a bit different from established big names with a grand lobby, but it offers a comfortable, well-appointed room that is not too small. Our room did not have a refrigerator, but other than that, it was very serviceable. The hotel is "combined" with a restaurant and shares its staff. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The continental breakfast they serve was not "all-you-can-eat", but quite adequate and very elegant. Highly recommended.

A weekend at the Hotel Greulich is like a weekend in a place where you would like to be at home. The warm and super friendly welcome alone makes you feel that you are really welcome here. The room (we had a double design room) was a dream - architecturally unique, comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower. And then the beautiful garden with the birch forest, really unique! The restaurant is also a stroke of luck - we have rarely had such authentic Thai food and the atmosphere is great. We felt that there is a team at work here that wants to offer its guests something special. We will be back soon! Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful time we had with you!

I'm traveling for a weekend with my mother. Warm welcome despite our late arrival. Basic but very comfortable accommodation with details that are not necessarily obvious such as an umbrella available in the room and since it was snowing it was very useful for us. Bathroom products from the Occitane brand are very popular, as are sleeping masks and slippers. Convenient location with public transport just a few minutes away. Super recommended experience!

Stayed for 2 nights and we were very impressed. We were upgraded for free to a design double and the room was lovely and spacious with the bath being an added bonus. The decor is very minimalist but it was surprisingly cosy with the lighting and comfortable bed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. A little bit of a walk required to the Old Town but not an issue for us. Easy transport links if needed.

What a great hotel! We were so happy with everything about it. It was close to the train station in Zurich with easy access to bus and tram routes. We were so impressed with the employees, everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was large and spotless. We especially loved all the amenities , the top quality soap and lotions, water , robes, slippers, sleep masks. We felt very pampered. We paid for the breakfast and were not disappointed. They had a vegetarian option which one had and the other had the meat option. It was presented in a elegant way with great service. We were only sorry that we had not booked for more days. We definitely will be back.
