When the room was booked for 3 adults, toiletries should be kept for all of them. Fridge should have been stacked with soft drinks ( ofcorse can be charged later).
Very important, no exhaust in washroom which was quite surprising.
Hope hotel considers the above and improve the facility.

Special first thanks to Miss Tripta at reception...... My personal opinion hotel was executed...... Rooms excellent condition staff very courteous Reception girl very humble to every guest bell boy very hard working men in lobby area thanks team will meet soon

Hotel is luxury room are very neet and clean service was good staff was very innocent and very helpful for us and Ms Muskan handle her client with sweet smile .............. I feel very fresh and healthy to come here the hotel view is very beautiful.

Regenta Hotel Central Cassia Zirakpur is one of the four-star Deluxe hotels I have been staying here for 5 days in my fast stay here I would like to recommend their windmill restaurant rooftop for every guest it is amazing place Ambience is very good you will be happy availing their bar come restaurant facility on rooftop kudos guys 5 star

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff Specially Ms. Indra She was too good. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.Thank you to all staff members.
