The hotel service is average but the room price is expensive! We encountered a little trouble when checking in at the hotel. The staff didn't seem to know that we had paid online and asked us to provide our credit card with a prepaid room rate of about 539 euros. As a result, our credit card was rejected by the bank and the transaction was blocked. Apart from this problem, we booked a room for 3 people, but the hotel only provides facilities for 2 people, such as bottles of water, cups, etc. When making a complaint, the staff told me that you can proactively ask the hotel to provide it. The river view room is great value, and the location is great. The view of both sides of the Vanilla River from the window every day is amazing. The cruise ticket office is a 1-minute walk from the back door of the hotel. Anyway, all the attractions can be reached on foot. I really recommend it!
