It’s too big and unnecessary, and it feels bad. The lobby is empty, the room is not well maintained, the carpet is old, the wine cabinet drawer is empty, there are no cups and spoons, I don’t know whether to prevent thieves or reduce costs, or just no one cares, the shower 🚿 has a small amount of water in the ceiling, and the room service is cold and unresponsive , the gym said it was under maintenance, but the outdoor swimming pool was not open, and it looked like it couldn't afford maintenance. It was introduced as a quasi-five-star, but the gap was too big, and it was too far away from the five-star standard. The accommodation experience is too average, the restaurant closes early and there is nothing delicious around. The space is large and the bedding is okay. The sofa, curtains and everything are very old. It's really time for renovation.

The hotel is located in the hometown of Xishi, there is an exclusive parking lot, confirm the input license plate number in advance, it is very convenient to enter and exit.
Booked a big bed room, the bed is large, moderately hard and soft, and the pillows are quite comfortable.
There is welcome fruit at the stay, and small snacks will be delivered at night, which is still very careful.
Breakfast is in the restaurant next to it, it is still quite rich, the noodles in the second dock are delicious.

KKum Hwa PatrickJi Hotel surprised me with their excellent design, modern yet hip & you have got more than you bargained for. Not just the aesthetics which is highly appealing but the comfort of its sofa chairs & round balcony table which can be used as a coffee cum desk table. Well equipped & well spaced with just about enough for everything. Newly opened but I believe that the front desk personnel needs to be better trained to handle foreigners (or are they very new without a supervisor in attendance?)as we have been subjected to the inconvenience of producing our passports to them for photocopying during check in & subsequently the very next day. Certainly, they lack professionalism in this regard.

Eeva424tyFirst of all, let me summarize, this trip was great. Special thanks to Butler Xiaoxia for her sweet smile and enthusiastic service. Other check-in experiences are as follows:
1. Transportation: At first I thought it would be difficult to drive on a rural road, but I ended up navigating a pretty good path, and I had no problem driving, so the journey went smoothly.
2. The hotel facilities and hardware are very good. I highly recommend the independent hotel. You can watch the sunrise in the room. It’s so worth it. The facilities are basically five-star standards, the floor heating is very strong, and there are many thoughtful equipment, such as disposable bathtub mats, disposable toilet seat mats, alcohol wipes, steam eye masks, foot buckets, Dyson hair dryers, etc. You can put them in your luggage next time The burden is reduced.
3. Food. The dinner was booked in advance. It was quite satisfactory and the plates were very large and sufficient. I recommend the small wontons for breakfast. They are delicious. There are wolfberries in the wonton soup, which is so healthy.
4. Gift items: Although the afternoon tea is only Chinese style, it is still delicious and beautiful; the travel photography is very good; the hot spring bathing was too cold, so I gave up decisively; I did not make an appointment in the entertainment room and did not experience it; I saw my companion before leaving. The gift is heartwarming. Genting is worth a walk and seeing the distance...

During the May Day holiday, we couldn't book the same room type, but the hotel's housekeeping staff helped coordinate the room, which was very considerate. During the stay, we received fruits and sachets, and when we left, we also prepared water and small fruits for the elderly and children. We were very satisfied with the two-day stay! We will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room is spacious and bright, the bed is soft, and the facilities in the room are all of high quality. Looking out from the window, you can also enjoy the beautiful city scenery of Zhuji.
The breakfast is rich and varied, and the restaurant environment is elegant.
The hotel's leisure facilities are also great, the gym is well equipped and the swimming pool is clear and clean.

DDream TimEverything was good except that we booked room with queen bed and manager on reception gave us room with 2 single bed. And when we came downstairs to change it, he tried to charge us 200 rmb for the queen bed room. Spent about 15 min of arguing to get what we paid for. Apart that, really nice hotel

For environmental reasons, there are no disposable toiletries in the room, but the front desk will proactively ask if they are needed. In terms of service, the hotel staff are very friendly, responsive to guests' needs, enthusiastic and professional. Overall, the accommodation experience is good. Other things were average, with a decent price-performance ratio, and the price during the May Day holiday was not outrageous. The service was friendly and not annoying. Just in time for the rainy day, the hotel's air conditioner is not yet hot. It's too cold! I just went to drink a few bowls of hot soup to warm my body. The takeaway is crayfish. Season fit. Haha overall not bad.
