其實房子就是很普通的居民户，不過老闆夫婦人真的不錯，打掃的乾乾淨淨，也很熱情。下樓就是吃飯的，離坐船也就3分鐘步行，位置是真的好，性價比真的高

通常訂房都不會選招待所，因為擔心衞生和治安問題。選這家是因為下面的評論，感覺非常有意思的老闆，就過來會一會。追求環境的話可以去看下一家。如果只是想找個乾淨的地方住上一兩天，那這裏相當可以。招待所在三樓，一路樓梯上去有點暗但是看得出來很乾凈；初次見老闆，老闆穿着海魂衫，相當熱情（男票對於軍人特別有好感）；房間有點舊，但是舊跟臟其實是兩個概念，我都覺得那洗手間比我家裡的要乾淨…..招待所樓下就是各種飯店雜貨店，晚上樓下對面廣場也有夜市各種小吃。
如果再來桂山島，必定還是選這家店。

非常好啊，也沒有蚊子啥的，樓下就有很多吃的，距離島的中央吧離碼頭又近，老闆很熱情幫忙拿行李箱下來，一級棒。
