I came to Putuo Mountain to see this hotel on Trip . I booked this store because the hotel is affordable. The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is located in the downtown area of Shenjiamen, Zhoushan. It is very close to Putuo Mountain Banshengdong Pier. The reception is warm, the room is clean and the hot water is fast. The room has a large window to see the sea and the sea breeze, it is an ideal place to stay.

房間乾淨整潔，前台因為我們家兩個小孩特地為我們免費升級了房間。清明入住人不是很多，附近交通比較方便，酒店有免費班車接送半升洞碼頭。司機推薦的飯店菜品衞生可口，可以去菜場買上喜歡的去店裡加工。以後去普陀山燒香還會選擇這家酒店。

When we arrived at the hotel, guest service director Xiao Dong was already greeting us in the lobby. The check-in process was as smooth as ever. The front desk staff were well-trained, the souvenir seafood was delicious, and the self-ground coffee in the lobby was very rich. I couldn't help but drink two cups. It was meal time, and the staff highly recommended the hotel’s newly opened fast food restaurant and gave me a 5 yuan coupon. Went into the fast food restaurant. There was a rich variety of seafood, and we spent a total of 30 yuan. The food was very filling and delicious. The room is old, but it has been well maintained and has a sense of age and simplicity. The bed was very comfortable, you could sleep until dawn. In the morning, the hotel's free shuttle bus was already waiting. After the luggage was stored, the front desk thoughtfully gave us two bottles of water to drink on the way. Putuo Mountain is crowded with people. After the epidemic, everyone came to worship the Buddha. The better and better wishes made the trip easier. The Nanhai Guanyin, Puji Temple, and Foding Mountain were all traveled together, making everyone tired and happy at the same time. Going down the mountain to Zhujiajian Pier, the hotel shuttle bus has arrived. After arriving at the hotel, I picked up my luggage and Xiao Dong handed me a cup of hot tea, which was heartwarming. I have stayed in many hotels, but there are not many that I can remember and miss. The thoughtfulness and kindness of Zhonghan Hotel will definitely make me miss it. Putuo Mountain is getting better and better, Zhonghan Hotel is getting better and better!

The experience was very good. There was airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was very considerate. You need to contact the hotel by phone in advance for the specific time. There was a small misunderstanding on the last night, and the hotel manager took the initiative to contact and resolve it. I was very satisfied. I will stay here again next time! Good location, no beach, but at least with a car easy to go to nice beaches in short time. Otherwise in the middle of lots of restaurants, outlets and entertainment Cleanliness: Well.... 4-5 stars for the a bit old but well maintained (and for kids lovely decorated) room. 1-2 stars for the restaurant with sticky floor, sticky tables and for 2nd floor lobby toilet max. 1 star. Main issue and absolutely not Hilton standard: the breakfast. Neither Chinese (my wife is Chinese and tried it) nor western food meet any Hilton standards. No fresh fruit juice, old and dirty coffee machines. The staff was very helpful though and tried to soften the obvious issues. Which leds to the conclusion: this hotel seems to have a severe management problem. I would rather not choose it again. Especially as it was way too expensive. We paid 1700+ RMB per night (2 adults, one kid) including said breakfast.
