房間不出意外的很滿意，更重要的是服務態度很棒，管家熱情周到，從預訂到入住，再到退房，每一個環節都讓人感受到貼心和舒適，近幾年住了挺多民宿，這家給我的感覺是最好的，小小的不足是淡季了餐飲選擇不多，雖然味道都不錯，但如果多待幾天可能就不太能夠滿足了，不過管家推薦了好幾家市區裏的餐廳，去了兩家都不錯。明年應該還會來看看，整體來説很推薦來體驗下

拍照嘎嘎好看，淡季一個人來的，人很少 有那麼個包場的感覺了， i人天堂！拍照也沒人打擾，很無敵，村子不算大，走下來一圈很快，小管家們似乎生怕我多走路，短短的路程也願意開擺渡車送我到這到那，還帶着我這裏拍拍那裡拍拍，服務無敵，感謝這兩天的陪伴 下次還來找你們玩兒！

心心念唸的地方可算是來了 自駕兩千公里過來，到了覺得這一路值了，這個季節滿足了我對大西北的幻想，那種孤獨自由的感覺太棒了，住宿選了元白，看是最新開的地方，住進來之後發現選對了，不管是建築風格還是服務態度都很對我的頻道，都説好的民宿有家的感覺，這次切實的感受到了，晚上回來的比較晚，一路上沒什麼路燈，其他家都漆黑一片了，衹有這裏亮着暖色的燈光，看到管家在等着我，回房間時送了兩份甜湯，感覺暖暖的...年前找機會再碰碰運氣來看雪景，這次的體驗滿滿，謝謝你們～

服務：熱情，讓我感受到的是，提出的訴求，都有求必應，有一種回家的感覺。
衞生：民宿公共空間蠻大的，除了現在秋季落葉一直掉落外，其他的維護還是比較好的，整潔，乾淨
環境：整個宿集逛起來拍拍照很出片，可能我比較喜歡人少，這個季節來對我來説體驗很好。不吵不鬧，一個人轉。
設施：民宿沒有餐廳，但宿集有幾個，管家介紹的都很詳細，去吃飯不遠幾步路 ，管家也會開擺渡車接送。
整體感受下來，這次的預訂超乎我的逾期，滿分。希望你們越做越好 還會去其他門店入住的。

從剛剛預訂就接到管家的電話温馨提示，發送位置自己園區餐飲的介紹，剛到停車場，小白已經在停車場等着我們了，幫助我們搬行李，前台還有準備好的八寶茶很好喝。酒店設施很齊全，智能馬桶、投影儀、藍牙音箱、加熱烘乾機架。非常適合休閑發呆的地方，很安逸。酒店裡就好像置身城市無差別。並且管家服務太好了！有求必應。贊贊贊！

元白很值得一住！從預訂到離開，管家都在及時聯繫隨時響應，房間特別好，乾淨衞生，很貼心的有準備人體感應小夜燈，晚上很方便，房間贈送的紅棗杏仁小點心和夏桐的氣泡葡萄酒都很好，在元白二樓的露台可以看到遠處開過的火車。房間裏所有的選品也都非常用心以及高品質，身體和精神都得到完美的放鬆！

房間乾淨整潔，衞生滿分。房間內的設施一應俱全，茶具酒刀這些小東西也都有提前準備，足以看到他們的用心，設施滿分。而且，房間的採光非常好，太陽的沐浴讓人心情非常舒服，門口還有秋千，氛圍滿分。工作人員都特別熱情，從一開始聯繫就很周到，到了之後各種幫忙。走的時候也會把我們送到停車場，把行李幫我們放進車裡，服務滿分。
