店家服務很好，會提前一天聯繫入住事宜，還特別建了一個小羣方便溝通，還未入住就已經感受到貼心的服務了。入住前天大降温，沙漠裏下好大雨，我們衹好提前從沙漠酒店那邊退房過來，因還未到辦理入住時間，原先訂的房間旅客還未退房，工作人員二話不説幫我們免費升級了房間，住宿的這一天裏有問題也是會及時回覆，然後酒店環境很好，房間裏用品也都很舒適，總之，十分滿意，有機會再來話也還是會選擇這家。

很值得留念的一次住宿體驗，酒店環境極佳，房間寬敞，智能化水平很高，服務員態度温馨，事先事後都有親切的問候，耐心地説明情況。房間裏的配置都是頂級的。總之，賓至如歸，非常滿意。

房間很有特色，床很舒服，前台小哥的
服務態度也很好，晚上還來接我們，但是有些設施和硬件忍不住要吐槽。首先是露台的泡池，很大，當晚上準備放水泡池的時候，發現水出奇的小，放了一個半小時也衹到腳踝，按這個速度放滿要半夜，水也全涼了，衹能放棄，然後關了燈，房間裏一片綠光，嚇**，從沒見過把安全出口警示燈裝在房間裏，還有那麼小的飄窗裝個電視，也沒床品，沒法坐沒法看，床上的紗簾也是，飄下來之後直接懟在臉上，睡覺還要帶面紗，最後露台的躺椅上面就是空調室外機，又吵又漏水，全濕了，根本沒法用。上述問題，強烈建議改進！

一開始，真的是糾結於房間的價格，但是真的入住時，真的是覺得物有所值！超大平米的雙泡池，真的是很驚喜！自帶紅酒泡着獨屬於自己的私湯，真是微醺的浪漫！但是朋友們，如果您也選擇國慶出行的話，最好室外泡池在下午使用。晚上不適宜哦，這裏晝夜温差很大，晚上温度很低！

酒店及周邊環境都不錯，尤其喜歡衞生間長長的洗臉枱、梳粧台，臨走還送了枸杞，會二次入住。期待入村道路修好的那一天
