Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document... She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy????? However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

The hotel apartment has good facilities, good service, satisfactory environment, and good food nearby. It is not far from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Shenzhen-Zhongtong, and it is a great place to visit.

A very good experience! The hotel is very new and the lobby is very beautifully designed! The staff are also very nice and provide breakfast coupons for everyone! The rooms are also equipped with smart equipment and are very clean and hygienic! When we checked out, we forgot to take our wallet and the staff notified us in time. This is also very worthy of praise to the staff👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I will choose this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to come. It is highly recommended!

I came to Zhongshan to visit relatives and looked for a hotel nearby. I just stayed for one night and booked it because the price was right. But the hotel really gave me a surprise. First of all, the decoration is very stylish, the lobby is spacious and comfortable, and there is a touch of aromatherapy. Check-in is quick and the service attitude is good. The first thing I felt when I entered the room was that it was a great value. The toiletries were complete, clean and bright, the size was suitable, and the lounge chair was comfortable. The guy at the front desk said there were free coffee pods in the room. I thought they were instant, but they turned out to be ear-hanging coffee pods, which was another surprise. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot, but you need to scan the code at the front desk to park for free, which is a bit troublesome. The overall value for money is high. I will come again if I have the opportunity. I recommend staying here.

The hotel has a comfortable environment. It has coin-operated laundry and drying facilities. The rooms are air-conditioned and well-equipped. The rooms are comfortable. It is close to large shopping malls, large supermarkets, various food markets, and convenient transportation.

Very good, one person and two people. The price is relatively high, and it is more suitable for short-term or student travel and living. The opposite side of the downstairs is the business district in the city center. The traffic is very convenient.

The executive room we stayed in was huge. It was also my first time staying at a hotel with a tennis court (paid hourly, but racket and balls rental is free). Appreciate the huge gym and indoor pool. What really stood out for me was the quality and huge selection of food at the buffet (crawfish was really good) and the executive lounge that also offers amazing high rise view. Will be back for sure.

 The hotel is very nice. The housekeeping staff is excellent. It has all the amenities, including shaving kits and things that you would expect in a high class hotel stay here many times. If I had to choose an issue, it would only be the manager in the dinner buffet, you pay if you’re a foreigner during your meal or before your meal, but if you’re local, it doesn’t seem to be the same maybe I observe it.

Great location for visiting Zhongshan to stay in this hotel. It’s near the landmark along the river. The staff are great soon as we check in to the time checking out. We will be back!
