這次入住體驗非常愉快！房間整潔乾淨，床鋪舒適，衞生間也一塵不染，給人一種温馨的感覺。前台服務非常熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很迅速，還主動提供了周邊美食和景點的推薦，非常貼心。酒店的整體氛圍也很安靜，適合休息。下次來這邊一定會再次選擇這家酒店，強烈推薦！

住過就種草的酒店！房間整潔乾淨。服務貼心，辦理入住和退房迅速。酒店位置優越，去金山和西津渡都很近，靠着南山，五分好評，當之無愧！

這次入住體驗非常令人失望。書香世家也算是不錯的連鎖酒店。
首先，房間的衞生狀況極差，地毯上有明顯的污漬，桌子上太臟了，床頭臟的令人髮指，浴室的馬桶也沒有清理乾淨，
其次，房間的設施老舊，電視機打不開，完全是個擺設，空調噪音大也打不熱，影響睡眠。
服務方面也讓人不滿。前台工作人員態度冷淡。
最後，我剛入住不到1個小時，酒店立馬降價。
總之，這次入住體驗遠低於預期，性價比極低，不會推薦給朋友，也不會再次入住。
