服務態度很差，前台幾個工作人員一個勁讓你開卡，開卡，為了自己的業績指標不擇手段，太垃圾，床單跟毛巾上還有明顯的污漬，地板也臟，隔音效果非常差，跟賓館的工作人員，尤其是幾個女前台，溝通時感覺他們的態度非常差勁，回答我的問題時也很不耐煩，非常冷漠，作為客人還是希望能有一個熱情周到的服務呢，也不是第一次住全季酒店了，之前就沒遇到這種情況，溝通都很友好，也很舒適，這次體驗感非常差！
