凌晨到店，推開酒店大門空調很暖和，大堂裏保安師傅的呼嚕聲很有節奏，前台辦理入住，由於沒帶身份證件，被前台問了3次證件號碼和手機號碼，配合做無證核驗我理解，需要我報3次手機號碼和證件號碼，我不理解，如果需要多次使用為什麼不能第一次報的時候你就記錄下來呢？安排的房間，如圖，衹能説一塌糊塗，空調外機的噪音讓你感覺就像睡在馬路邊，浴巾毛邊嚴重比一般家庭的抹布都破舊，遙控器後蓋沒蓋隨意放在桌上，窗户沒有拉手，各種線凌亂不堪……後來要求換房，前台告訴我自己下去換房卡，凌晨到店我也確實累了，我要求送上來的時候，告訴我沒辦法送，我問保安不能送嗎？還是需要我投訴才能處理，前台回覆讓我驚呆了，她説，我問問他肯不肯送，這……工作時間做分內的事情還需要問肯不肯，這保安莫不是有巨大的背景……，等了8分鐘，保安姍姍來遲，給我一張沒有房卡套的房卡，口頭告知了房號，我一直覺得錦江雖説不上舒適，但相對其他經濟型品牌起碼服務和清潔度是認可的，現在看來起碼這家店給人的感受真的太差了
