鎮江火車站的南出口，選擇該酒店的目的就是坐動車方便。
對面萬達廣場及其周邊，餐飲店很多。

第一天入住，我表示我是華住會金會員，瞭解是否有早餐，原來攜程訂房不可以贈送，我之前也不瞭解 ，工作員解釋後我們辦理了入住。
入住後我發現房間沒有鏡前燈，打電話瞭解。前台沒聽懂我的訴求，説後面上房間瞭解，最後沒有上。也沒有就此疑惑進行解答
後面凌晨兩點房間能聽到巨大噪音。打電話到前台瞭解3次，才得以解決。由於是外部環境問題導致，我們也無辦法多言。
但前台沒有即時提出補救措施，這一舉措實屬失望
次日，我們到前台瞭解補救方案，前台工作人員才提出安排換房。
當天晚上事實上即使在滿員的前提底下，還是可以溝通次日退房後更換，但並沒有。
次日，我們主動溝通後才給予換房，並且送了一些禮物補救但作為消費者而言這些伴手禮並沒有什麼用倒不如來兩份早餐實際（我們也沒有拿走）
服務：總括來講，工作人員不是沒有服務意識但水平參差不齊，其中一位男員工我是覺得服務到位且滿意的，但其他員工不能靈活處理突**況，所有溝通都是點到即止。沒有真正解決到問題。
最後，離開之際工作人員還問我們能否給予好評，我不理解。
作為華住會金星會員表示失望

房間衞生不錯，服務枱人員，禮貌、熱情，及時解答客户的問題，酒店在車站旁，出行方便，購物，餐飲也挺方便

房間不大，挺乾淨的。早餐雖然人不多，但提供的飲食都很好，很好吃。晚上回來嗨送了一杯熱粥。服務態度都很好。
