The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district.
What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

A very satisfying stay. All the staff were professional and considerate, whether it was the front desk reception, the restaurant reception, or the door reception. When we wanted to add other things to the egg tarts, they helped us find them in the kitchen, and the takeaway was delivered to the door of the room. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guangdong Hotel in ZhengZhou during my visit tothis wonderful city. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and delightful dining options.
First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel.
The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily.

I went to Zhengzhou to visit the museum a few days after the National Day. The InterContinental is a newly opened hotel. It was not open when I came last year. The hotel is in a great location. The City of David is downstairs, and the Erqi Memorial Tower and Erqi Square are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel service is very warm and considerate, especially the two young ladies SiSi and Bingbing, who will pay attention to the customer's accommodation experience and opinions. The service attitude of other young men and women is also very good. I am an old customer of InterContinental. I have stayed in InterContinental in many cities. InterContinental makes people feel caring and luxurious. I will go there again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for the perfect experience for the National Day holiday.

Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

The hotel lobby and other things are quite new. The rooms are average. They don't feel new. The executive rooms have massage chairs and bicycles. They are quite good. The breakfast is not bad. The waiters are very nice. In the middle of the night, the customer service called to ask if I had ordered food. I was woken up and felt very annoyed. There are parking spaces on the ground, but they said that it would affect the leaders' travel and not allow parking. The underground garage is under maintenance, and I won't talk about the special smell. The upper and lower basements are actually one passage. It's very dangerous. There are not many people directing. I don't understand why they chose to repair the basement during holidays.

Very convenient location in front of the Zhengzhou Dong railway station. Very good breakfast, kind and efficient service at the reception. Room spacious and clean. However, maybe because the window of my room could not close well, my sleep was disturbed by the noise of the road and, on a rainy night, by the drops of rain falling onto the gutter.

Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had.
The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful.
I have gotten a great rest from the big city here.
The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!).
The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country!
You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere..
The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay.
If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go!

GGuest UserLocation is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice.
Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and
Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks.
Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice .
Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

GGuest UserThis was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient.
We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.
We will definitely stay there again

RreshintoThe hotel and room was quite clean. However, the clothes hanger had a but of dusts on it. The free orange that was provided was very dry and tasteless. Perhaps it could be a design flaw, however, the shower room was poorly constructed and a little of water could easily slipped through the glass door. what puzzled me was how the excess water was able to enter the toilet which was next door. Basically the room and the toilet was slightly flooded as a result. I had to call the hotel to request for them to help clean the excess water. Unfortunately, i did not took any photos of the incident.

LLudaoqiangVery satisfied: First, it is very close to the airport, and there is a minibus to pick up and drop off the airport for free; second, the service is warm and thoughtful. At 1 a.m., I asked for a bucket of instant noodles, and the aunt delivered it to the room in less than 3 minutes. What touched me was that she also brought me a bottle of mineral water for instant noodles for free; third, the room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a separate clothes drying rack, which was a small surprise; fourth, the price was fair and reasonable, 337 yuan for a 25-square-meter double bed room, absolutely a conscience price!
Two suggestions: First, the platform booking recommends launching a breakfast-included product, and the comprehensive unit price refers to the accommodation standards for business trips of administrative and public institutions in Henan Province; second, the room TV should be connected to Henan Cable TV, and guests should not be asked to pay for it.

TtonyluengFacilities: There are not many experiences for one night, it looks quite complete, but the underground parking lot is not open on snowy days. The situation of water not heating mentioned in the previous comment exists, but it will be very hot after about 1 and a half minutes. Or don't choose too high floors should avoid this problem.
Hygiene: Old-fashioned hotel, health is still in place.
Environment: Not far from Songling Park, not far from Gongyi Grottoes.
Service: There is still a lot of room for improvement. Although the front desk is very good for some people to comment on, the blunt mechanical tone is not very good. If the breakfast department gallery service staff is more friendly, it may be better to use the words ”please” and ”thank you”.
P.S. Breakfast is not many varieties, the taste is not satisfactory.

I like it very much! The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very kind and have a great service attitude! The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park right outside the door and the air is very good. There are subways and buses nearby, and transportation is convenient. The stay experience is perfect, recommended to stay!

What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
