The room is big, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there are many places to eat around. However, the soundproofing is not good. At 12 o'clock in the evening, some young people came back from drinking and made noise until after 1 o'clock. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good.

Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center.
Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district.
What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasnāt arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldnāt speak Chinese and I donāt have Chinese number as well.

As always, the InterContinental Hotel style is very comfortable. As soon as you enter the door, you will be greeted by handsome men and beautiful women in ancient costumes, hahaha, very unique. It is close to Dennis David City, clean and tidy, and generally satisfactory.
There are two points that need to be improved. The smell when you just enter the room is not fresh enough, and there is a strange smell. Because I have stayed in InterContinental Hotels many times, although not this one, it is easy to smell it. I donāt know if it is a problem with the fresh air system.
Second, due to the busy staff during the National Day, the check-in service was delayed more seriously, although I can see that everyone tried their best, which can be forgiven. But you can wait until five o'clock to check in at three o'clock, and the bar should provide unlimited refills. The caring orange juice was finished in two minutes.
The flaws do not cover the merits, and I still give it five stars.

Check-in process was really ways the desk staff actually spoke good English which surprised me . Room was absolutely tiny bit I can't complain for the price. The location is pretty central and very close to the train station.
Biggest issue is that it's quite noisy in the corridors because the room walls are very thin. Although I would still stay in this hotel again depsite that .

Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had.
The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful.
I have gotten a great rest from the big city here.
The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!).
The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country!
You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere..
The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay.
If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go!

Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks.
Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice .
Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesnāt seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

In particular, Tina stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She helped me navigate the city and provided me with insider tips that only a local would know. Her genuine kindness and warm personality made me feel like I was staying with a friend rather than a hotel.

é£é£é½ę å½±Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, itās a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room!
Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them.
Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis.
Breakfast does not offer many varieties but itās inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty!
Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didnāt use subway much. Across street is one of the cityās leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall.
If I have to list one con item, itās the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view.

GGuest UserI stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days.
I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions.
I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay at the airport.

The situation of water not heating mentioned in the previous comment exists, but it will be very hot after about 1 and a half minutes. Or don't choose too high floors should avoid this problem.
Hygiene: Old-fashioned hotel, health is still in place.
Environment: Not far from Songling Park, not far from Gongyi Grottoes.
Service: There is still a lot of room for improvement. Although the front desk is very good for some people to comment on, the blunt mechanical tone is not very good. If the breakfast department gallery service staff is more friendly, it may be better to use the words āpleaseā and āthank youā.
P.S. Breakfast is not many varieties, the taste is not satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe room was very nice and matched the pictures very well. The large wardrobe and sofa in the room are very useful. The TV can be projected and can watch many programs. I like it very much! The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very kind and have a great service attitude! The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park right outside the door and the air is very good. There are subways and buses nearby, and transportation is convenient. The stay experience is perfect, recommended to stay!

Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb š friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver š
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyiš without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, š½ etc (expected sa China)
5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations
6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit )
7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more....
I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today.
I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel š
