Overall it is good, but the door of the 8218 can't be closed, the inside is locked and it can be opened directly without the room card from the outside. It is recommended that the hotel repair it. The night I went there also encountered a power outage, which was a bit scary.

The child came to Zhengzhou to participate in a competition, and then it was quite late to come to Zhengzhou, so I just booked a hotel next to the East Railway Station. I didn't expect it to feel better than any other I've stayed at before. The staff in the store are very friendly. Then there is free water and tea. I will stay here next time if I have the chance. Worth recommending.

Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

Hotel maintain the constant temperature of 22 to 25 degree C and therefore actual room temperature is 25 to 26 degree C resulting unable to sleep . The Chinese restaurant food is terrible way beyond any competitors wonder how they maintain the reputation of Ke Marriott? Never stay I. This hotel again

Very convenient location in front of the Zhengzhou Dong railway station. Very good breakfast, kind and efficient service at the reception. Room spacious and clean. However, maybe because the window of my room could not close well, my sleep was disturbed by the noise of the road and, on a rainy night, by the drops of rain falling onto the gutter.
