The room was spacious and quiet. It was conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was great. They even gave us some snacks after we checked out.

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a new renovation. It's also close to the Henan Museum. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the breakfast had a good variety and was quite tasty.

Our front desk staff, including Yueyue, Xiaolian, and Shuailei, greet every guest entering and leaving the lobby with such enthusiasm every day! The service is very nice.

The staff were great, but the rooms were very basic and quite old, right next to an elevated highway, so the environment was pretty average. The biggest issue was that I specifically requested non-smoking rooms, and the front desk even asked about special needs because a family member has asthma and is sensitive to smoke. However, both rooms we were given reeked of smoke, and even the hallway smelled smoky. We reported it to the front desk, and they moved us to different rooms, but one of them still had a smoky smell. It's not the front desk's fault, but rather their lack of clear non-smoking policies and poor ventilation.

Traveling with elderly family members, this triple room was a great choice. I've stayed at Hilton Garden Inn multiple times in different cities, and this experience, as always, did not disappoint. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. I only stayed one night and forgot to take photos, but I'll definitely choose this hotel brand again!
