這次入住體驗感非常好，舉例如下： 1、訂房後管家小艷就及時聯繫告知入住相關事項以及訂位，一些訂房的小需求也在入住的時候都按需主動的提供，比如寶寶圍欄，幾乎大部分酒店雖然備註説需要，但是都是到店以後還要自己再去找酒店前台要才提供，這邊在入住自己還沒空出時間檢查，酒店阿姨就已經送上門及時安裝了。 2、雖然温泉和早餐不在同一棟樓，但是酒店的穿梭小車真的非常及時，基本上都是隨叫隨到了，我們去的天氣有些降温，車上也有帶拉鍊的塑料簾，防雨又防風，我們長者都感慨這個相當實用了。由於是親子出遊，又有小寶寶又有長者，我們入住的基本需求就是對水的消耗比較多（沖奶泡茶吃葯之類的），大部分酒店會限制用量或者就算提供也需要反覆索要，這就是在得知了你的需求後及時按量的提供這些消耗品，還會主動詢問是否有其他需求也及時補充。 3、酒店包括餐廳等，所有遇到的工作人員服務都非常好，態度也很熱情，主動告知很多酒店能提供的服務內容，如果顧客有需要就可以立馬知道，非常貼心。有其他顧客在泡温泉時反饋房間温度晚上有點冷，我們管家小艷也是電話聯繫詢問是否有同樣的感受，並及時安排給房間裏送了暖風機。 等等類似的令人感到滿意的服務細節還有很多，平時對酒店總有各種挑剔的家人這次也全都好評，後續有機會還會來體驗。
