1，免費自有停車場。
2，價格公道，性價比不錯。
3，布草還算乾淨。
缺點：
1，前台接待冷淡，煩躁，不友善，沒有服務意識，不敬業愛崗。
2，馬桶圈很臟，尿液殘留。
3，礦泉水不知名。
4，不提供早餐。

乾淨衞生。7月15日夜班工作人員服務熱情贊！酒店自己有停車場和食堂。個人觀察柞水縣裡的酒店，有自己方便停車場的酒店衹有三個:汽車客運站酒店，新世紀，和本店。最關鍵的是沒有地毯，這樣就不會有任何異味了。
