酒店環境很不錯，前台辦理入住很高效，前台人員態度很友善介紹很清晰，房間環境也很不錯，總體很好。
唯獨早餐的體驗很不好，希望能改善。
週日早餐人很多，到餐廳門口刷房卡後，工作人員就讓我們自己進去找位置，自助早餐大部分人都離座取餐桌子是空的，需要自己每個桌子去看去問，結果都是已經有人坐的。看到很多住客都得站在桌旁等別人結束用餐，這樣的體驗對於無論是站着的還是坐着的人，都非常不好。而且還不斷有人過來問能否搭台？！
作為五星級酒店，早餐的入座安排可以做得更好一點。收拾餐具的人手又不足，他們已經忙得不停手，但每一張桌都得催着過來收拾。明明早餐時段應該很享受，結果像菜市場一樣鬧哄哄。

酒店坐落在肇慶新區，很安靜，風景優美，環境不錯，早餐豐盛，衞生也很好。唯一不足，酒店管理不太嚴格，感覺有非住客在酒店共區活動空間玩耍，可能是開放式花園的緣故吧，有點影響體驗感。
