Very good hotel for a few nights stay. Very friendly staff who would do their best to try and help you. Easy check in with only green code, no need to do COVID test.
Nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. Keep in mind that it closes at 9:20-9:30 and don’t forget to bring a swimming cap.
The location is not great. There isn’t much around so it was a perfect stay on our road trip. Free parking with lots of parking spaces.

The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is very close to Chikan Old Street. There are many restaurants around. Yichadiandian and Shaohaobang are downstairs. The service is also very good. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic and gave us a late check-out. The room is also very clean and beautiful. The price-performance ratio is very high. It is really not easy to get such a price during the May Day holiday. Five-star highly recommended. I will stay here next time.

Let's talk about the disadvantages first. Parking is inconvenient because the entrance to the parking lot is really hard to find. There are illegal cars and vendors along the street. It took more than ten minutes to find the entrance to the parking lot. Then it was really hard to find a parking space because it was full. The room was arranged opposite the laundry room. Many guests were doing laundry in the middle of the night. The sound insulation was not very good and it was quite noisy. What's worse is that the cleaning staff started working at 7 or 8 o'clock and played around in the corridor. It was extremely noisy and very bad. It's better to talk about the advantages. It's cheap. There are no good hotels for 400 or 500 yuan a night. Another thing is that the hotel parking fee can be discounted by about 30%. Finally, the hotel is on the 40th floor and the room view is better.

It was a rare business trip, and staying at Kaiyuan Hotel really gave me an unexpected surprise. From the hotel lobby to the room, the sea view is really great, and the service attitude of the ladies at the front desk is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the layout of the room is brand new, with complete facilities and equipment, and everything that should be equipped is available. Thumbs up. There are many types of breakfast, which really suits us busy people who are on business trips, and it feels like a break from the busy schedule. Next time I go back, I will still stay at Kaiyuan, at least the first impression really determines all choices.

This time I booked this hotel in Jinshawan through Ctrip. It was really the right choice. It was very suitable for coastal vacations. The scenery was first-class. The opposite side of the downstairs was the Red-billed Cruise Terminal. It took a few minutes to walk to the beach. The handsome guys at the front desk of the hotel were warm and thoughtful, and they also upgraded to the C-bit sea view room for free. The wife was very happy that the hotel design, decoration, software and hardware configuration were all in place, consistent with the publicity. I personally think that the price is very high. I will also introduce friends to come on vacation.
To add a little, the buffet breakfast must be eaten, the variety is wide, the quality is good!

The location is easy to find and parking is very convenient. The apartment is right on the seaside and you can see the sea and beach. The hygiene of the room is not good. There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the door. It would be better if you turn on the air conditioner and open the windows. SSS25Room not too clean for 5 star hotel standard, there is some hair left in bathub probably from previous guests, tea cups not changing after we use for the first night, and the toiletries they gave inside the room is super basic for 5 star hotel standard only have BATH FOAM, DENTAL BRUSH, SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER, which is unbelievable for this standard of hotel. But the personnel/customer service attitude is good except the food server in the FEAST RESTAURANT which is behaving like we are begging for food and sometimes just reply us with this word “FINISH, NO FOOD”when we ask them to serve the food, such a pity. Hey we do not get the food for free, we paid it, the server need to learn how to treat customer better.

The room didn't have a fridge. The hotel gym was very poor. Two treadmills and two bikes, which were both broken.
Outside the hotel, about a 5 minute walk is a large shopping centre with starbucks, mcdonalds, supermarket, 7-11 etc

AAnonymous UserTaking advantage of the summer vacation, I came to the small county of ”Xu Wen”, the southernmost tip of mainland China, and this trip did not disappoint us. We booked the hotel in advance. The location of the hotel is in the center of the county. It is very convenient to travel. We arrived at the hotel very late. The hotel manager on duty saw that our two little girls were carrying so much luggage, and took the initiative to carry us luggage to the room, and also sent us the hotel's prepared heat relief drinks.
