Hygiene: The hotel upgraded to a family room for free when I saw my family. As a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder, I am really satisfied with the hygiene of the room. The only minor drawback was that the shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. The smart features were almost *too* smart, as my camera detector kept going off. Hygiene was okay, but since it's newly renovated, there was a slight smell from the wooden furniture. The front desk service was excellent. There's no elevator, but they helped me carry my luggage up and down the stairs – the staff were really helpful!
