垃圾的要死 説的超過兩點退房是一個小時20 超過三個小時就是一百塊 我還沒超過三個小時就收一百塊 而且床上睡的癢癢的 皮膚都不敢近距離接觸

Booked this room for my aunt. However the reviews might be fake?? Lmao?
Booked a huge (better) room for her since it’s a 3rd line city and budget hotel, I booked a better one for best of comfortably. turns out the water heater was faulty (it’s winter now btw) and water was yellow in colour. My aunt was frustrated. Later, she checked the sheets, it has stains and not cleaned like it wasn’t changed before she came in. Called the receptionist for another 2 bottle of water, receptionist said “you’re not entitled to it” to conclude, my aunt and partner did not had a shower, the night spent wasn’t that great.
