這家酒店真是超出我得期待！環境優雅舒適，房間明亮，設施完備且新穎，服務熱情周到，細心解答所有疑問，位置便利，周邊景點挺多得，雖然旁邊有所小學早上做廣播操，但不影響…強烈推薦給想要享受舒適住宿體驗的朋友們。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，前台服務很好，辦理入住也很快，房間設施設備齊全，床很舒適。酒店還幫忙免費延時退房，平台上寫的12點，免費幫忙延時到1點，很不錯。經濟又實惠，性價比很高。離古城也很近，十分推薦。

首先，訂的尊享豪華房，顯示6-9層，實際在2層，説先來後到，高樓層沒有了，説我們的看到就知道很好了，（心想我都訂豪華了還能不好嗎😂）那就算了，辦理入住，結果發現2樓以上才有電梯，要自己拎行李箱爬樓梯，請問我的豪華是來體驗純自助的嗎？第二個痛點，其中一間房竟然廁所窗户朝內，對着走廊，且高度不到兩米，甚至關不上，衹有紗網，這赤裸裸的設計太超前了衹能説無法理解。以上都已反饋給平台客服，好在找到攜程客服響應和處理都很及時，給平台服務好評。
以下是其他後續，一、12點宵夜回來路過前台，聽到別人入住的是7樓，其實不是我們入住的晚沒房，估計是就不願意換房。二、停車位，到達的時候工作人員説無停車場，後面來了個客人説預訂的多少號車位，需要帶路，再問一遍，工作人員才説是有，但是因為我們沒有提前預訂，於是停在了門前格子停車位，酒店人員説這些停車位國慶不收費，實際第二天被貼告知書，以為是提示，驅車離開到古城被智慧停車管理人員騎電動上來收取一晚停車費，管理人員説不歸酒店管，店家實屬忽悠本性，其實直説沒有停車位或者自費都能理解，這樣一頓操作實在難評
