the service was great and the location was perfect. but the food options were limited and no room service after 10 pm. night ski ends at 9:30pm and would be great if there are midnight snack options or at least fill the minibar with some amenities or etc.

The hotel staff is enthusiastic and takes the initiative to greet and ask questions. The room is a hotel-managed apartment, which is very clean. The room has a balcony, and the back mountain outside is very beautiful in autumn. There are also performances and iron flower making during the National Day. It is only a short drive away. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

I can imagine that they have had the hardware ready for the Beijing Olympics back in 2022; but it was surprising how fast things now feel ”worn”. That's really too bad. Towers can still have the smell of tard from cigarettes which again is too bad. Meanwhile, it's a nice touch to also give lift tickets but the fact that you need to have the front desk signed voucher to go over to the ski school next desk (not next door) to provide the ticket card is a bit weird and troublesome for customers. Yes, I get it, it's really two organizations and the vouchers are the controls/ receipts. But you can actually get the ticket card deposit refund all done at the front desk means that the systems are connected. Hence, the logistics is not really set up with the customer experience in mind which is really a shame. Enough with the areas which can potentially enhance above. Here are the brilliant parts and the reason why you may want to come back to the hotel. It's the people. We were bothered by the logistics (as you can see) and during breakfast time, we also hear there is another family bothered by some hardware issue the night before; but the staff really took seriousness in resolving the problems. In addition, my wife was sick in one of the nights; congee was not on the lunch and dinner manual, but the staff and cook were willing to trouble themselves to make the congee (and I can tell you that I have been at 5 stars hotels before and when they say no congee on the manual -- those hotels will just stick with that answer) --＞ in this AI-driven, RPA-strived and customer centric-talking atmosphere nowadays, it's refreshing if not heart-felt to really experience hotel staff who show care for its customers. This is where the Excellent rating for Service comes from. Keep up the human-side of the hospitality business --＞ it's always about the people and how your guests feel they are treated, that's how you make them come back and make a profit --＞ not robotics ! I don't like to waste time writing reviews (but I am a writer in earlier years), and I am having a soar throat. But I would recommend to hotel to any guests who wants to feel being being taken care of.

Just came up to Thaiwoo mid-week in December to spend one day in the slopes. The room was very spacious and there if a full size fridge. My room also had a large Sofia. The breakfast was ok, more Chinese style.

The parent-child suite I booked for the holiday trip was very large. One room had bunk beds, which the children loved, and they loved playing on the slide! The other room had a large bed with a very comfortable mattress! There was also a large bathtub in the bathroom! The hotel has a hot spring, which is not very big, but not crowded. It was very comfortable to soak in, and there was also a steam room! The hotel's breakfast was also quite rich! Very good!

Very good hotel! Perfect location, just in front of the ski resort Wanlong. I spent two nights there and I enjoy it so much, is just sooooo convenient to sleep there, wake up in the early morning, have breakfast and give ahead to ski. They gave me new towels, new waters but they didn’t change the blankets and that is why I am not giving 5 stars to cleanness.

I was traveling by car to the grassland and checked into Venice Hotel. The front desk lady saw that I brought two children and upgraded the room to a parent-child room. The room was super large and the children liked it very much. The hardware was very new and clean. It is worth recommending! Except for some unpleasant things that happened during breakfast, it did not affect my objective feelings. If I have a chance, I will come again next time! The hotel also has a good view, you can see the river view, suitable for leisure and vacation!

The room is very large and the facilities are good. The room has a simple kitchenette, microwave, induction cooker and refrigerator. I originally booked a deluxe family room, but I changed to the opposite room because I wanted a better view. There are two bathrooms, which is very convenient, and the hot water is unexpectedly fast and sufficient. The service is well-trained and simple. Thanks to every staff member. I strongly recommend the flower sea and evening performances in Taizi Town next to the hotel. A very professional Mongolian team, the performances of Humming and Matouqin are quite good, and the atmosphere of the bonfire party is very good👍. The catering and business are not as rich as Taiwu, but the Sichuan and Hunan restaurants have very good dishes, there is also KFC, and the breakfast is also rich. You can also go to Taizi Hotel for dinner. Suggestions: You can arrange some local specialties. Zhangjiakou's oats and mushrooms are very famous. I searched for a long time and couldn't find a place to eat. The Taizi Hotel Shopping Street also has two iron pots, one barbecue and one hot pot. It is strongly recommended to pay attention to local cuisine.

We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

My parents were very satisfied. They took a bath each after a tiring day. The water in the hotel has been softened and is very smooth. All facilities are fully equipped and the quality of bath salts and daily necessities is very good. Rich breakfast! Swimming pool and gym are free! Five-star standard! very good!
