Room was great with an amazing view, really enjoyed our night here. Hosts were friendly & incredibly helpful, and the free ride to the entrance of Wulingyuan helps to make up for the homestay's slightly further location. There's decent home-style dishes on the dinner menu as well, since it's hard to find food otherwise. Walls are thin though, and if your neighbours make noise past hours, you'll be able to hear every sneeze - so pack some earplugs & you'll be all set. All in all, a solid choice for couples who wanna spend a relaxing night in Zhangjiajie.

The two men who work at this hotel were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast soup was delicious! A must try. The room was a good size and was comfortable, however it could have done with so thorough cleaning. The pool was a great way to wind down after a long day of walking in the heat!! All in all a lovely stay.

This stay was a great experience. The homestay has its own courtyard, which is very comfortable and beautiful! ! ! The room is very clean, the layout of the room is very nice, the room is very soundproof and quiet. Fruits were prepared as soon as we arrived at the homestay, and the housekeeper's service was great! ! , the housekeeper was very enthusiastic, and arranged a pick-up for us, saving a lot of time, and recommended us a tour route. If you have any questions, tell the housekeeper, and he will help us solve them quickly. And this homestay is very good for taking photos. Very satisfied, must praise!

The Hotel was very magical, like out of a fairytale. The resort is 15 min away from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk was very helpful especially Tim. He speaks good English and helped me book Tianmen mountains and the other front desk also drove me there. The hospitality and breakfast was amazing. There are many foreigners that stay in this hotel aswell. The area is surreal and when it gets dark it also looks amazing.

It is a small hotel. They provide a limited number of food to order for breakfast. Almost like a bed-and-breakfast place. Overall, it was a nice place to stay as long as you do not need their transportation service. The driver charged 120 CNY to the airport. The owner decided to send us instead of the driver. When we arrived at the airport, he charged 200 CNY. This hotel is about a 5-minute drive / 35 minutes walk to the entrance to the Zhangjiajie's Avatar / floating mountains. It is about 50 minute drive from the Tianmen Heaven's Gate. I recommend staying at the Zhangjiajiw's center (10-15 minutes drive to Tianmen Heaven's Gate). Pros: A bidet is available in the bathroom. The decor is lovely. The location is convenient to the main road with restaurants and many other stores. Cons: There was no place to hang the used towel if you plan to use it again. There is no place to put soap in the bathroom other than on the window sill. Also, it only gives one small bottle of soap to use for the sink and the shower. It has mosquitoes in the room. If you need to use the bathtub, please make sure to clean it yourself again before use. It was not very clean. No English-speaking staff.

This was perhaps our all-time favorite hotel experience. We felt so pampered! They had everything we needed - I felt like we somehow overpacked, haha. Our butler was amazing. Our Chinese is not great, and it was our first time traveling in China. Through WeChat, they helped us with planning an itinerary, booking tickets for the park, call Didi for us, and even helped us order takeout when we were jetlagged and starving. He was quick and very accommodating. This hotel is also amazing in its decor, cleanliness, and breakfast! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to drink tea in their tea room, but they had spaces with mahjong, tea rooms, and more! Great for groups to socialize. Breakfast was great in variety and taste every morning. It was probably our favorite part. Homemade and delicious meal. They also helped accommodate our 7am breakfast when we needed to checkout early. I'm not sure if we will ever visit Zhangjiajie again, but this hotel has definitely changed my perspective on what an experience we can have. Thank you so much!

This time, I was very happy to stay at Qiman. It was a highlight of our trip to Zhangjiajie besides the scenic spot. After booking, the housekeepers Xiao Huang and Xiao Xiao contacted us in time to arrange the pick-up, and sent us the itinerary planning and travel suggestions. After checking in, they took us to visit the room, helped us upgrade the room type, explained the travel strategy to us in detail again, and made adjustments according to the weather and our needs, and took us to taste the local specialty berry tea. The driver, Master Hu, picked us up and dropped us off at the middle gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park every day, and set off at any time according to our time. It was very comfortable to chat. Every day, breakfast and dinner are also very delicious. The aunties in the restaurant are also very cute and will give us a little spicy. When the weather is good, they will help us set up dinner outdoors before we return to the B&B. The atmosphere is super good! We were also given roselle tea on the night before leaving. Every day when we leave and come back to see the staff, they will greet us intimately about how the game is, which is super warm, and we also have a good chat with the two owners of the B&B! We are very satisfied with this B&B as a whole. The room is clean and cleaned in time, the service is warm and thoughtful, and we try our best to meet our various needs. The room design and supplies are very tasteful, the mattress is very comfortable, and the bathtub is fully utilized during the days of walking 20,000 steps every day. While providing accommodation and rest, I also made good friends. I will come again if I have the chance!

Our trip to Zhangjiajie couldn’t have been better! This hotel is a few minutes walking distance away from a secondary (non crowded!) entrance to the National Park. The view from the pool is facing the National Park too, which couldn’t be more beautiful. Same goes for the surroundings as the area is super calm, you can relax indeed. The restaurant serves good typical food (we highly recommend the sea bass fish - both versions). The breakfast is acceptable with a mix of asian western (although mostly Asian you can find such things as yogurt, croissants, butter and bread). The hotel could be improved in minor details, which we passed on to the team. But these won’t make your experience bad in anyway. What made our stay one of the best in this big China trip was our hostess named Fan! ＜3 She was always available for us, did the impossible to find anything we needed and surprised us all the time. She carefully planned all our itineraries for all the attractions, never forgot a single request and spoke English better than anyone else in the Team. She was 6 out of 5*. ;) Don’t miss Jojo, the beautiful and cute cat belonging to the hotel. :) Our room also included a transfer which we used to the airport by the end of the stay, driving us in time to our flight. We hope to be back one day. :)

I have been traveling for more than a month and passed by Zhangjiajie. I came here for the second time and really liked this hotel. I can’t express my love for this place in just a few words! This is the best place to experience this trip. Location transportation: It takes ten minutes to drive to the middle gate of Wulingyuan, which is very convenient. The store provides free pick-up and drop-off between the train station, airport, and hotel attractions. Many people who drive themselves will come to visit, and there is a large parking space. Room facilities: Many tent-type accommodations in Beijing are very simple. The facilities here are very complete, including water heaters, air conditioners, Dyson hair dryers, smart toilets, small refrigerators, and everything. The bedding is so comfortable that I even want to find the boss. Helped me buy a set for home use, but when I asked, it cost tens of thousands😅 Dining room: The chef here is really good! It tastes better than ordinary restaurants, which may have something to do with the freshness of the ingredients. There are self-raised free-range chickens behind the house, and there is also a vegetable patch without pesticides. Everything you eat is freshly killed. I pick some of the vegetables myself, they are delicious and fun. Sometimes they are too lazy to move and they are delivered to the room. There are also small candlesticks that are very romantic. My girlfriend likes them so much😛 Room view: Let’s talk about the scenery. I sit in the tent and on the viewing platform to eat, watch the sunset and enjoy the breeze. I want to get up in the morning to watch the sunrise. After watching it, I turn around and go back to sleep. I am not in a good mood. I can still see the sunset. The Tyndall Effect in the Mountains The scenery is so special that when you take a photo, it looks like it was taken by Makoto Shinkai. Just like being in Zelda, there is a pond below where you can paddle a bamboo raft, but those with children can’t grab it😢 Serve: Almost everything is answered. The boss is very nice and a photography enthusiast. He has a lot of cameras and his photography skills are very good. He can help with free travel photography, hahahahaha. Value for money: The scenery and service facilities are quite cost-effective when measured, and they can also help arrange various tickets, tour guides and VIP passages. I was lucky enough to catch up with the store for an event recently, and I got a membership card, which allows me to stay as long as I want for a year. I really like it. Located just beside 宝峰湖. Got discounted entrance tickets. Staffs were extremely helpful and patience with explanation of ticket, routes, discounts etc. We were extremely tired and lazy to go out for meals, staff help us order food delivery. This was extremely helpful for foreigners that do not have local no. we really appreciate. Hot food delivered to our rooms while we can enjoy the spacious room and comfortable bed. Free shuttle service to East gate makes visiting 张家界森林公园 even more convenient
