感覺還是很不錯的，去爬山的時候不小心把衣服弄臟了可以直接在這裏洗，住的房間很寬敞，有小沙發還有小庭院，來張家界的時候是老闆親自接站的，人非常熱情和友好，為酒店點贊

和朋友們去張家界玩，在網上隨意的訂了個酒店，沒想到酒店挺不錯的！！！房間很乾凈，還有洗衣機可以洗衣服。老闆人很好，我和姐妹去到張家界已經很晚了，老闆還親自接送我們回酒店，幾個人還可以圍爐煮茶，聊聊天，超快樂的，白天爬完山，晚上回酒店，可以直接坐公交去市區逛逛，再去按個摩簡直不要太巴適啊啊啊啊，吃太飽了還可以直接散步到七十二奇樓，在張家界玩了幾天，超開心，下次還要來！！！

大四跟閨蜜來張家界玩，看到小紅書上推薦訂的這家店，沒踩雷！酒店房間不貴而且挺乾淨的，一樓還有洗衣機，去景點交通也很方便。第一天從森林公園玩回來，我比較社牛，看到大廳桌子上擺了一些吃的 有番薯水果 我就問老闆能吃嗎 老闆娘竟然説就是給我們準備的 還給我煮茶烤餈粑吃，聲音好温柔，體驗感太好了！！ 本來不喜歡給酒店寫評價的，這次必須強推一波！老闆生意大吉！夏天還來旅遊～ 嘻嘻

房間和衞生間空間都很大，民宿還提供免費接送站的服務，後面因為景點回民宿的時間太趕，還麻煩老闆幫忙把存的行李直接送到高鐵站，老闆毫不猶豫地就答應了，住宿期間每次和老闆碰面都是笑呵呵的，天氣很冷但心裏暖暖的！下次再來張家界的話還會選擇瑞緣。

老闆非常肯幫忙，我們早上預訂的去高鐵站的出租車，碰上了一個小人駕駛員，規定接我們的時間超過10幾分鐘了，可我們通過出租車調度系統的平台，看到他的出租車還沒有啟動，還在離我們5公里以外的地方，我們打電話過去，駕駛員叫我取消他的訂單。在我們焦急萬分的時候，是瑞緣賓館的老闆親自開車送我們到高鐵站，才解決了我們的燃眉之急，非常感謝老闆!

其他都挺好的，所以我給好評。但是不吐不快的就是送站前一天，提前跟老闆約好了，幾點送站最合適的。我都提前起床，準備吃完早飯按時出發。突然説前面那家人家要趕不上他們的車了，如果送了他們就來不及接送我。最後導致我早飯都沒法安心吃上被迫跟他們的節奏。打包早飯的過程中那家男的還來催促我，好像是我害他們趕不上車。實際上他們比我早20分鐘車程，他們就應該早20分鐘走。憑什麼他們自己沒計劃好的錯誤要我來承擔呢。回想起來還是覺得不愉快，雖然總體不影響我在張家界旅遊的心情。
