The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Forest National Park. Its modern design matches the photos on Trip.com perfectly. While the breakfast primarily caters to Chinese guests, we found it offered enough options to suit European tastes as well. The staff provided exceptional service, with a special shoutout to Liu for his outstanding support in organizing our excursions and transportation. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

First of all, thank you very much to the housekeeper Xiaoqin, who will contact us in advance to arrange airport pick-up. We arrived in Zhangjiajie on a flight after 9 o'clock in the evening. Xiaoqin was waiting for us at the airport in advance to pick us up and arrange a room in the hotel. The air conditioner was turned on in advance. It's very warm.
