A very, very good stay experience! I stayed here last month and forgot to leave a review, sorry! The boss was very nice and specially picked up and dropped off at the high-speed rail station. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was clean, hygienic and comfortable! We originally booked two nights, but later canceled one night due to something else, and the boss was very happy! The price is not expensive, in short, everything is very good!

The boss's own house is clean and spotless. The boss's service attitude is very good, and he also provides free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. Take the initiative to introduce tourist attractions and recommend travel routes.

Service: The boss is very nice. I arrived in Zhangjiajie in the morning and contacted the boss to see if we could check in early. The boss agreed and took the initiative to pick us up at the high-speed rail station. The boss saw that we didn't come back very late at night and was afraid that we wouldn't be able to get a taxi, so he specifically asked us if we wanted to pick him up. It was very heart-warming to pick us up at 11:30! They cut watermelon for us when we came back, which was really full of happiness! The next day, they sent us to Tianmen Mountain in the morning. We played in Tianmen Mountain for 9 hours😭😭. It was 11 o'clock when we got back to the B&B. We were afraid that we would not be able to catch the plane, so the boss took the initiative to send us to the airport. I really cried! The owner of this restaurant is so nice and the aunt is also very cute.

非常滿意這次入住泊心居民宿！老闆老闆娘人很好，住的很舒服。進門就是回家的感覺！非常棒，民宿位於西站附近，車程5分鐘！房間很乾凈，設備齊全！感謝！

客棧真的非常乾淨，連小角落都看不到灰塵。洗衣機冰箱都有，可以洗曬衣服，簡直太方便了，像是住在家裡一樣。離張家界西站、七十二樓景點都很近，免費接送站，還開車送我們去七十二樓。老闆還幫我們規劃遊玩路線，為方便我們記住，專門畫了路線圖帶着，可以隨時查看，讓行程更合理，避免吃住行各種踩坑。房價也是很親民的，對比了多家才選的這家，住進去當晚就決定續住，在張家界玩四天就在這家住了四晚，最後一晚免費給我們升級了房型，房價還優惠了，太良心了！每天都有幾瓶免費的礦泉水，還送了水果黃桃，又脆又甜。每天玩得太累了，忘了拍圖片，跟攜程上的圖片完全一致，而且實際比圖片看到的還乾淨。離開的時候，找他們幫忙買張家界純正的頂級莓茶，不敢在外面商店買，莓茶的功效大家可以百度，我這種睡眠不好平時從不敢喝茶的人終於有茶可以喝了。所以，出門不僅僅是旅遊，更是長見識，不來張家界，不知道莓茶的好。大家來張家界可以放心住他們家喲！
