已經是第二次住這個酒店了，十多年前曾經住過這裏，現在依然是不錯的地方。房間比較大，乾淨。出行很方便。

第一次入住，環境很不錯，衞生也很好，服務態度也挺好，唯獨地下停車場太簡陋，目前處於毛坯狀態，應該裝修一下。

四年前來這邊旅遊曾住過這家酒店，當時印象不錯，這次帶娃自駕遊再次路過此地，再次選擇了這家酒店，可沒想到這次的體驗極差。酒店設施陳舊了不少，早餐種類少，而且都是涼的。最主要的是退房問題，離店時前台説因為有200元的按金所以可以直接離店，按金會退回到卡里，可等我們已經開車在路上時收到退款訊息，發現按金多扣了15塊錢，打電活給酒店前台確認為什麼，答覆是我們房間消費了刮鬍刀，問題是我們根本沒用任何消費品，溝通了半天無果，前台要求我們可以回酒店對峙。15塊錢不多，我們也不差這15元，可問題是我們根本就沒有消費，更不能接受這種被誣陷的感受。遂掉頭折返酒店，並要求他們酒店經理到前台理論。結果發現他們從我們房間拿下來的刮鬍刀根本不是所謂的拆封使用了，衹是包裝盒外面的那層塑料保護膜封口處一點破損，其它地方均完好未開封。首先我們根本都沒留意過房間還有刮鬍刀，我們一直都是出行自備，另外怎們證明難道不是之前的客人損壞、或保潔人員弄破損的呢。所以經理看了這種情況後也沒什麼好説的，直接讓前台退款了。問題是我們本來已經開往下一段行程的路上了，因為這點破事折返浪費時間，而且電話溝通的時候我們一再強調了我們沒有動任何消費品，這點最起碼的信任都沒有。所以經過這次事情後對這家酒店的體驗感大打折扣，希望能給其他即將選擇這家酒店的客人提個醒，一定等按金完好到賬後再離店，這家店不靠譜的。
