The room (twin bed) is large and clean. The staffs are also very friendly. Althought the food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but the taste is quite nice with a comfortable dining environment as well. The hotel location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a tram station nearby the hotel, which is within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance.

We’ve stayed at the hotel over the weekend. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Very friendly and helpful, especially Allan in the reception, who spoke perfect English and offered lots of helpful information about local restaurants, how to get to the centre, etc. Staff went above and beyond to assist the guests (not only us). It’s worth paying extra for breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious. Choices for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel is located around 20-30 min drive from the airport (traffic) dependant, and 15 min tram ride to centre of Zagreb (tram stop is just outside the hotel). If you rent the car, there is small free parking attached to the hotel. Even though from outside the hotel did not look like anything special, once you walk in, meet the staff and see the facilities you’ll enjoy your stay.

Perfect for what I wanted. Free parking and train at the door to the tourist center of Zagreb. Family owned hotel, good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet area 20 minutes from airport. I will certainly return on my next trip to Zagreb.

It had a firm/Medium mattress, good pillows. The Bath had no shower holder on the wall, only a hand held. Good size room. Breakfast was a small Buffet. Easy tram ride into old town, about 20min. Had a great Pub just nearby for excellent traditional food. Friendly staff.

The room was lovely until I walked in to the bathroom. There was black all around the shower.. it was disgusting. Almost didn't shower. Asked for different room, none available. Asked for discount but it was up to owner. Never saw or even heard from owner. Went through Travelocity and the hotel told Travelocity. They would not give me any kind of credit. Bleach would have cleaned it for .

Honestly, we were not sure what to expect considering the relatively low price of the hotel. When we arrived, we were impressed from the first moment. We left the car in the free parking lot, checked in quickly and went to the enormous room with a bathroom the size of my childhood bedroom! The hotel is not located in the center of the city but the tram is right outside so getting to the center is easy. However, we were really just there to sleep during a stop on a long drive. To that end, the hotel was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home (according to my smart watch). The shower had great pressure and although we didn't use it, the room had a jet tub. I noticed a few reviews with complaints about the breakfast. I don't know if they were at the same hotel. This was a super upscale breakfast that was so good, it shocked us. The hot and cold options were excellent. The variety was really impressive. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were actually sad to leave but we had to get on the road. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in Zagreb
