The room was not equipped with basic shower caps and combs, and there was only one pair of slippers. The wireless network could not connect. The breakfast was not delicious. The room rate was not cost-effective, plus the parking fee of 30 euros per day, it is not recommended.

The location is right outside the South Station, in the financial and business district of Ams. The environment is modern and clean. It takes more than ten minutes to get to the city center and attractions by subway, but it is not as dirty and messy as the city center train station.

The first night we arrived in Croatia, our first stay was smooth and pleasant, but when we went back to stay again a month later, our stay was cancelled. I love this hotel, it exceeded all my expectations facility and service wise, breakfast was excellent. However, it's a little distance from the city center, about 15-20 minutes' walk to the main square, nearby there's very little selection restaurant wise. But that did not bother us, comparing to Dalmatia coast, there's isn't much to see or do in Zagreb anyway.

The room decoration is OK. The TV can share the mobile screen. The gym is small but the equipment is good. The location is very close to the attractions and you can walk there.
