Should not be a rated hotel at all. The internet doesn’t work, no elevator not even cups or glasses in the room. Towels are old and with smell. I would not recommend to anyone.

We had not planned to stay here but after my Husband has a accident at the beginning of our Croatian Cruise, we were stuck in Zadar waiting on our insurance company to call, so after some time we decided it was best to find a hotel for the night and Hotel ZaDar was the closest to the bus station, where we were hanging around! We could not have chosen a better hotel. Our room was ready as soon as we walked in at around 12:30pm and the room was very big including a little kitchen area. You can also close the bedroom door so that you can close off any noise from people coming & going along the corridor. We asked if we could extend our check out from 10am until 12 the next day as were still not sure of our plans and this was no problem. The next day we found out that we needed to stay another night and again this was no problem. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening and had lovely fish the first night and although my order was messed up in the second night, it was still good and I was not too bothered. Breakfast was a very small selection but fine for what we wanted. All the staff that we encountered were lovely. My only criticism is the smell of smoke. It comes through in the air con plus the reception area stinks as there is a cafe bar where obviously people are smoking and as its Croatia, smoking is very hard to avoid. However, this would not stop me staying at this hotel again. Thanks for making a stressful few days comfortable for us.

Nice hotel with great owners, close to the city center. I love the name of the hotel. It was very clean and very pleasant to stay in here and the staff was very kind. We were so astonished with them, can't wait to see them again.

Bien situé proche de l aéroport et de la station de bus de la vieille ville nous étions à 1 km 3. L hôtel est correct. Toutefois, la chambre rococo et le matelas très mou. Le petit déjeuner ( buffet) correct. La piscine l eau était un peu trouble. La direction nous a offert deux boissons car la clef électronique de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Hôtel convenable

Si cet hôtel a eu 4 étoiles, ça devait être il y a très longtemps ! Il est dans son jus s’il y a plus de 15 ans. En effet, pas de gel douche dans le distributeur prévu à cet effet. Malgré 2 demandes, pas rempli. Le mini frigo ne fonctionne pas. La douche est très sommaire et quand on prend sa douche, il y a 1 cm partout dans le sanitaire (y compris les toilettes). La literie est défoncée ! J’ai réussi à faire changer les oreillers qui étaient tellement épais et durs qu’il est impossible de dormir avec. Pour 4 nuits : 874€, oups, il y a un problème. Le personnel se fout des réclamations. La piscine est verte à cause d’algues… À fuir impérativement.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles selon les standards français, loin de là, mais « ça a fait le job », dirons-nous. Plutôt un bon 2 étoiles. Accueil sympathique. Nous avions une grande chambre familiale 4 personnes (chambre 11, « Family room »), literie OK, climatisation efficace mais un peu bruyante, mini-frigo qui fonctionnait. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais propre. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits et avons bien dormi. Petit-déjeuner servi jusqu’à 10h, un peu faiblard, si vous venez tard dans les 30 dernières minutes il n’y a plus grand chose… Des fruits frais (pastèque, melon, pommes), un choix chaud en théorie mais froid en pratique (œufs brouillés, saucisses, courgettes et autres petits légumes), charcuterie, céréales, yaourts, du pain en tranches à griller et des mini-viennoiseries pour ceux venus tôt. Mieux vaut éviter les jus de fruits, pas au niveau… Piscine qui était agréable après les visites dans la chaleur, eau propre, un robot de nettoyage en action au fond de la piscine. A 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville (25 minutes jusqu’au bout pour atteindre les orgues marines), à 13-15 minutes à pied de la plage de Kovolare.

Maybe 1 star hotel. Thanks to the reception manager we survived cause change us the room little bit better. At the beginning we received a disgusting room (dirty, very old towels, broken lamps, small bed). Wellness closed, swimming pool dirty and with a lot of dead bees in the water. Mold smelling in all the room, kettle without cups, tea, sugar, etc. Selected wine was advertised but refrigerator was completely empty. Please reconsider the 4 stars published or start to renewal the hotel Apparently seems a closed hotel.

Hôtel de taille moyenne qui bénéficie d'une piscine accessible jusqu'à 20h ! À 20 min du bord de mer, à 5 min de la gare routière, à 30 min max à pied de la vieille ville. Endroit reposant. Petit déjeuner inclus. Personnel disponible (ne parle pas français mais anglais pour certains). Espace autour de la piscine très agréable.

Hotel che ha un rapporto qualità prezzo estremamente esagerato, non può essere considerarato un 4 stelle, camere piccole, la piscina è di dimensioni ridotte ed una colazione minimalista con una limitatissima scelta, una TV che a causa di doppi telecomandi e vari decoder non è stato possibile utilizzare. Tutto questo non vale affatto €200 a notte richiesti.
