This caused us to take a shower and take off our clothes three times, and we almost caught a cold😷😷😡😡😡! What is the logic! ! Why is the hot water supply in high-end hotels inferior to that in cheap hotels? ! Then why should I pay this fee? When we asked the front desk at the beginning, they asked us to turn on the water and wait. After waiting for a long time but no hot water came, we went to the front desk and kept responding to the problem before sending someone to check. After that, they just told us to go to the public bathhouse. This is what a hotel should do at this price. Are there services? ? In the whole hotel, only the Vietnamese service staff can speak English and Mandarin. Then she speaks Mandarin to the ********* people, and to us, her poor English is not as good as Mandarin? Discriminate against us mainlanders? I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor service in my life! Don't go, everyone! ! !

The location is convenient, only a 5-minute walk from Echigo-Yuzawa JR Station. The Yuzawa free shuttle bus stop is close to the hotel. The catering was very good! Special room, my daughter loves the outdoor hot spring bath.

You can check in and check out from your room. It feels more like a small villa than a hotel. Recommended for those who think customer service is annoying. Meals and room hot springs ♨️ are GOOD. I was a little worried about the voice next to the open-air bath in the room, but other than that ◎ I had a good stay.
