大的問題：1.水不熱：我住這房間，熱水基本不熱，洗個澡冷得要死，第二天直接感冒高反。2.空調噪音大:沒有集中供暖，要開空調，但是噪音太大了，晚上睡不好。3.周圍環境不好：在玉樹博物館後面的一條小巷子裏面，旁邊是個垃圾堆，最要命的是一到晚上週圍就燒煤，全是煤煙，窗户都不敢開。4.服務有待提高：早上十點多到的酒店，下午五點才辦的入住，還給了一個最差的房間。老闆的態度還是很好，但是住得太不舒服了，還生病了好幾天，實在沒辦法給好的評價。希望能改進吧。

第一次住這家賓館，給我的第一印象就是很好奇這家之前沒怎麼聽説過會是怎樣的呢，但到了之後是真的被驚訝到了，價格並不誇張，而且很安靜，很乾凈，裏面的裝修也別具一格，總之很喜歡，而且服務態度特別特別好，這一點很重要也很滿意，那就祝他們1376吧

服務熱情，房間看着不錯，就是房間裏下水道味很重，尤其是衞生間味大，馬桶圈上還有毛髮沒打掃乾淨，隔音一般
